  2. ELS is an .asi software, .asi software is loaded by ScripthookV, which you propably need to update. You can check if its loaded by looking in the asiloader.log in the main directory. ELS.asi and ScripthookV.dll need to be placed in the main directory, too.

  4. Do you have the newest ScripthookV installed? Are your vehicles ELS compatible? And your .xml files have the same name as your vehicle? ( For example police4 needs police4.xml )
  5. post your ragepluginhook.log & your asiloader.log from the main gta folder. Do you have ScripthookV installed in the main directory? (Im not talking about ScripthookVDotNet) Post a screenshot of your gta main directory.
  6. I sometimes have a simular bug, go to gta settings and choose your resolution and switch to fullscreen or windowed mode. try both.
  7. if you think its the callouts you can remove the half of them to check if it gets better. do you have graphic mods or custom vehicles? that would be the reason.

  9. you are missing a file called ScriptHookVDotNet3. Install it from here: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases

  11. that might had helped your friend, but in this case it was the outdated ragenativeui. so im actually right and not wrong ^^

  13. install ipt.common and ragenativeui in the main directory. ragenativeui needs an update, get it here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
  14. thats complete bullshit. simply update RageNativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
  15. update your lspdfr an rph (included in download)
  16. if you have not updated your game yet, you can try GTAVLauncherBypass, it works for me.
  17. you probaply installed them wrong, otherwise the game would start. search for another tutorial/ weapon skin.

  19. you need to wait on a compatible update for scripthookv. for now, you can remove scripthook, but be aware that .asi files are not loaded.
  20. this depends on how many plugins and callouts you have, the more you have loaded the lower the fps gets.

  22. this sounds a little bit disrespectful, the update will come out when he got time for it. There is no relase date...
  23. You are on the newest gta and rph version, which u can see in the lower left corner, which is good. The 3 lines in the middle are just backups of older versions.
