Things you can do is install a custom gameconfig, heapadjuster and packfile-limiter the heapadjuster adds more game memory.

It’s hard for me to help you at this point. im sure the problem is the offline mode. you can try to reinstall the rockstar launcher or check the antivirus program or the firewall, add an exclusion f.e.

What exactly have you done?

You have safemode enabled. pls go to the main gta folder, search for a file named commandline, open it with editor or notepad++ and delete everything in there. then try again, if it’s not working pls post the log again 👌

Hard to tell what the crash caused exactly. the last message in the log before the crash was: Invalid vehicle or ped data for StatePatrol my guess would be sth in the config files - pls try to temporarily move the lspdfr folder out of the main gta folder and place the lspdfr folder from the lspdfr download there instead. then see if the error is gone.

The crash is caused by OP_Immersive_Dispatch. to exclude this pls remove it and try again. if you have changed sth in the files of immersivedispatch, revert the changes or replace with the default ones. otherwise replace it with grammarpolice, it’s the same but is still under support.

Rockstar launcher do you see the offline mode on top of the window already when you start the rockstar launcher?

on the top of the window it says offline mode. it means it does not connect to any server, but its required to login. go to the settings and make sure no offline mode is selected.

You can load lspdfr automatically when starting rph. to do that you can start rph and should shift until the rph menu shows up. then under plugins make a hook to LSPD First Response to load it automatically.

Once you re ingame, hit f4 and type in loadplugin "lspd first response.dll" can you open up the rph console at all with f4? you can write loadp and then hit tab to fill in the recommendation that pops up right under it, the same with lspd then hit tab.
