The game crashed because maniac callouts needs stoptheped, which could not be found. Do you have stoptheped installed? Also pls post the whole ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder

OK so it's not a problem with rph or lspdfr, instead it's caused by mods or corrupted game data Have you added or changed anything before the crash?

OK, This sounds like an error in your mods folder. Please rename the Mods folder to_mods. And see if that works.

So youCan play GTA on its own. Add your whole GTA folder as an exception in your antivirus. And in windows default antivirus.
