IT.common.dll is the name of the file. It comes with Grammar Police, search in the downloaded Grammar Police file for it. You have to install IPT.common in the main gta folder.

You don't have a mods folder but you renamed it? Doesn't that mean you have one? The ragepluginhook.exe removes itself when you launch it?

Rph can automatically load lspdfr while starting up. Start rph, hold shift till the window pops up and go to page plug-ins. There make a hook for lspd first response

No, just make sure you have an unmodded and the newest gta version.

To confirm: yoh do not have any crashes? And you are ingame, just lspdfr is not loaded? If yes, Open the rph console with F4 and type in LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll
