This is my first skin pack. I know some people wanted a Military police car so i decided to make one as well as a Railway Police car. 
i've only made a few skins but i plan to get better at it soon. If anyone would like i can also make the Military Police skin for the Ford Taurus and Explorer 

The pack contains 

 Canadian Military Police CVPI and an Old CN rail CVPI 

They are compatible with any F544 Crown Victoria 

Currently has skins for the 2011 CVPI, 2013, 2014 & 2015 Charger, 2013 Tahoe, 2013 & 2016 Explorer, 2012, 2013 & 2015 Taurus, and 2014 Impala.
Each vehicles comes with 10 textures:

This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren
no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

README/Install Instructions:
extract the dll file from the zip file using 7-zip or winrar or whatever and then copy the dll file to your plugins folder to here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\general\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and that is where you place the dll file to make this script work If you have your game on any other drive replace the C:\ part with your drive you have the game on. To Date as of 8/23/2023 there has only been one lesser known antivirus named "Ikarus" that has even thought this plugin is a virus/trojan which it is not and is only due to the extreme protection settings set in the .Net Framework Obfuscator used to protect the software/plugin that causes this.

Siren Mastery

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).
Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):

Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Siren Switch Honker
Siren Switch Honker is a script modification that allows you to simulate a honking sound whenever you toggle your siren tone. It supports non-default siren toggle keys and controllers, as well as variable toggling sounds.
Having the horn sound for a short moment when toggling sirens is common in British police cars.

The 2015 Tahoe Slicktop/Unmarked unit has finally hit the streets of San Andreas! This model features all-realistic lighting and a variety of equipment options to enhance your patrolling experience. This vehicle is great for use in the county or the city - add a rambar, spotlights, and a skin for a heavy-duty patrol unit, or go with a more subdued unmarked vehicle to blend in with your surroundings! Textures are included for all-blue lights to give you further options to choose from.
 
This vehicle is intended to replace FBI2, but it can also be used in the SHERIFF2 slot (or any other vehicle slot with sirensettings 1). It supports multiple liveries and uses the same template as my previously released Tahoe. To install, simply place all vehicle files in in GTA V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf.

Additional Information:
I hope to eventually add true Tahoe steel rims to this model. Unfortunately I do not have the permissions to do so at the moment. The back/side window textures get all funky looking when broken. I do not know how to fix this but will take care of it once I have a solution. Gauges work but are improperly calibrated. Due to the way the lights are set up, they will not deform or break during collisions. This model is not to be redistributed, in whole or in part, on any website other than LCPDFR. This model uses the same template as the other Tahoe I released so skins are cross-compatible. I have included the template in the download.

        The sirensettings is 1, so change the .metas accordingly, if you need to(Probably won't at this point)
 
To edit handling for the tahoe:

Go to the necessary vehicles.meta, and change the handling id of the slot your using for the tahoe. Replace the handling id with "baller" or "baller2"

Palm Beach County Pack
I am going to add more to this pack but this is what I have so far. 
- Peds for both sheriff and police are in the works
-Crime Scene Corspeedo is also in the works
This is a mix between West Palm Beach Police and Palm Beach County Sheriff.
Just a reminder these textures are all in 4k resolution so they will look best with very high texture settings in game
If anyone can tell me what decals are next to the side windows on these vehicles that would be amazing!   I can't seem to find a picture that shows what they are.   Also please give me feed back and let me know of any changes or additions you would like to see.
