    Hi, Sorry for the late answer. This is a pretty old skin pack but if you find a vehicle that uses the same template, you can change the texture with a software like open iv. Usually the textures are called ####_SIGN_01,02,etc. Hope this answers your question!

    From the Service de Police de Terrebonne in Québec, Canada. It includes both black & white and white versions for both vehicles. I've also added an optional "Superviseur" option for the FPIU and a separate "plate.png" for the charger.     He ask about NYPD because in the picture you can see "NYPD Davis PCT" next to the SPVM logo. Overall, I think the skin still need some work. Seeing the picture make it seems kinda boring and out of place. And maybe if you could upload the texture's files instead of the whole model it would be nice.

    En bas tu devrais voir "File actions" Tu upload une nouvelle version, tu delete toutes les images séparément pis tu ajoute le fichier rar qui les contient tous Edit: Ca l'air que tu la trouver avant, c'est beaucoup mieux comme ça :)

    Yes it's hard to mimic how they react to the light in the game. If you're talking about the color changing by "blocks", I don't really know how to adjust it because it looks more like a gta problem than a skin problem

With Vancouver completely replacing all of their police cars by 2017 and with Captain14's amazing car pack, I feel like this is the perfect moment to make a new Vancouver skin pack. But, not everyone is happy with this change; "This vehicle makeover makes them seem more militarized and aggressive, critics says. Police services across the country, including Vancouver and Calgary, are replacing their aging fleets with cars painted in darker hues, like Toronto’s switch from white with red and blue stripes, to dark grey with white reflective lettering."     Le retour a l'école! Je passe 8h devant un écran pour revenir chez moi et passer 8h devant un écran xD Non mais sérieux, j'ai juste pus le goût d'en faire. Le seul moment que je peux travailler sur des skins c'est la fin de semaine mais je suis juste trop paresseux Je profite du travail des autres en attendant que la motivation me revienne
