You need a blank png file to replace the one on the vehicle. But some cars do not let you use a blank png on the car to use with the games color changer. if you would like i can make you blank png to use on the car. The explorer comes with a blank png file. Use the livery changer in the trainer to find the blank skin to make it unmarked.- 126 comments

I have added more commerical vehicle enforcement skins for more vehicle's. Thank you LRayM14 for the suggestion. I an still working on a fix for the patch mentioned by xMoD.
