Well here in canada they more do bylaw enforcement in town/cities. They do not carry any weapons only a batton. -

well the lettering on the back is a easy fix. The unmarked part is from the name of the car not part of the skin. sorry if that was confusing.

ya im not a fan of EMB's so I dont have to deal with all thoes files to replace. and i remember from GTA 4 that some can crash your game and or corrupt your game files. -
I have no idea. Im running a stock game graphics with medium and high settings mixed with each other. Im also using the steam F12 to take pictures. plus I mess with the time and weather to make it not as bright
