DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DLS?
Read all documentation included with DLS and verify any custom XMLs you made to make sure you haven't made a mistake while editing/creating configurations. If still giving errors, post it there or on my Discord Server or as an issue on the GitHub repository.     
DLS IS OPEN-SOURCE!
DLS is and will always be an open-source project and nothing around it will be behind a paywall. If you're someone with C# experience or programming experience in general and feel like contributing to DLS the help would be surely appreciated.     
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DLS is not compatible with ELS as of release and there are no plans to support them. All vehicle configuration is set up in an external .xml file and allows for vehicle developers to still share the vehicle as functional non-ELS vehicles with all regular features. DLS is still in active development and future features are already planned. Do not post questions as Reviews as I'll not be able to answer it properly that way.

Description
This is a revamp of smojo's original OC Spray script, picking up where it left off and fixing many of the issues seen in that mod. A new pepper spray can model has been added, NPC use functionality added and interfacing with the LSPDFR API to properly work during pursuits. (Because it uses the LSPDFR API the plugin only works when on duty)

To spawn
It should be automatically added to your inventory when you go on duty. You can also manually add it:
When in game, press F4 to access the RagePluginHook Console and type "GiveWeapon WEAPON_OCSPRAY" without the quotations and press enter. Alternatively, you can add the entry to whatever loadout you want in the inventory xml as seen below.
Setup for NPCs (advanced users)
In "lspdfr\data\custom\inventory_eup.xml", simply add <StunWeapon chance="40">WEAPON_OCSPRAY</StunWeapon> below the stungun entry for patrol (if you want it to spawn with the patrol loadout). Change the chance to whatever you want, although I recommend to keep it below 100 and retain the taser as the OCSpray doesn't cause the suspect to surrender immediately- they'll just keep running until tased or the player arrests them.

Known Issues
- If an AI ped is shooting the spray towards the player, whizzing sounds are heard as if bullets are whizzing past
- AI spraying while running is not very accurate
- Sometimes the ped's screaming/coughing sounds don't play
- Ped doesn't surrender immediately if sprayed during a pursuit (LSPDFR API Limitation)
- Any cop sprayed during a pursuit will just stand there after the effects wear off, rendering them useless

Better Dispatch Alert Tones
For LSPDFR 0.4
 
This modifications changes the dispatch into tones and add's alert tones* for a realistic gameplay.
I created this mod after I started playing LSPDFR and thought how dull and unrealistic the current dispatch into noises were and plus no alert tones. Well this mod changes all of that, changing dispatch and adding alert tones for that awesome gameplay.

Typical Callouts 1.5
Thank you for checking out my first callout pack! This is my first time creating any sort of addon for LSPDFR so I hope you enjoy it. 
 
I created this callout pack because I noticed a significant lack of callout packs with typical everyday calls that won't end up in a pursuit or a shootout. I personally prefer to try and simulate real world policing as closely as possible so I decided to create a pack that would introduce callouts that police officers generally do get on a daily basis.
 
A quick note: I just want to say a quick thank you to everyone for downloading the pack and giving me helpful feed back 🙂 It's much appreciated and I'm still mindblown at how well this callout pack has done so far. With the new update, I know there will probably be some bugs and crashes, so if you experience any please write a comment or PM me so I can get it figured out and fixed. Also, as far as new content goes there won't be much more in the future for Typical Callouts as I'm moving towards creating a callout pack with K9 callouts. I will still make fixes and release those updates for Typical Callouts, and I might add a callout or two when the inspiration hits sometime in the future, so trust me I'm not abandoning it 😉 . And finally, if you enjoyed the callout pack it would be greatly appreciated if you left a small donation using the PayPal button by the Download button. As much as I enjoy making callouts, the only reason I have so much free time to do this  is my job has been, and still is closed down due to COVID. Callouts:
DISCLAIMER:  All callouts have a varying number of spawn locations, if you attempt to force a callout while out of range it will not work. This is to avoid receiving callouts for Los Santos while on the other side of the map and vice versa. If you would like to change the range of each callout, this can be done in the ini file.
 
 
(NEW!) Traffic Stop Backup:     Here it is, the highlight of the update! Traffic Stop Backup has always been one of my favorite callouts from Albo1125's Assorted Callouts pack, so I decided to create my own rendition to add some more variety to the available traffic stop backup callouts. This callout features 20 Unique Dialogues and Situations,  as well as Over 500 Spawn Locations. This callout ended up taking 75% of the time I spent working on this update but I'm really happy with the way it turned out and I hope you all feel the same way.
 
(NEW!) 3 New Speed Traps:     Speed trap was one of the callouts in desperate need of a rewrite, and in the process of doing so I added 3 New Locations in addition to the original in Los Santos. You can now operate speed traps in Los Santos County, Blaine County, and On a Highway. The mechanics of the speed traps have also been completely reworked to avoid crashes and certain bugs. This callout also features Customizable Partner Cars, allowing you to set which vehicle will spawn for your partner in each respective jurisdiction (set in the ini).
 
(NEW!) Towed Vehicle Disturbance:     In this new callout you will be tasked with responding to reports of a possible altercation between a tow truck driver, and the supposed owner of the vehicle he's attempting to tow. This callout contains many possible situations and outcomes, as well as 5 locations spanning Los Santos. 
 
(Updated) Recently Stolen Vehicle:  A caller reported that their vehicle has just been stolen, proceed to the last known location and attempt to locate the stolen car! New features after the update include: A search area which updates at random intervals, you now have to work a bit to find the vehicle 😉 , more realistic driving speed for suspect vehicle, and if you fail to locate the suspect within a certain amount of time the suspect will be lost.
 
(Updated) Trespassing at Taxi Yard:  A citizen has been reported trespassing on Los Santos Taxi Co. property, proceed to the location and arrest the suspect if necessary. Fixed issues with dialogue, there are now 2 possible situations for this callout.
 
Citizen in Distress:  There have been multiple calls reporting a distressed citizen, proceed to the last reported location and see if the citizen requires assistance.
 
Welfare Check:  A caller has requested a welfare check on someone they know, proceed to their residence and ensure they don't require any assistance.
 
911 Hang Up:  Someone called 911 and hung up under potentially suspicious circumstances. It could be a simple mistake, but the caller may be in danger! Proceed to the phone's last known location and investigate!
 
Silent Alarm Call:  A home security system with a silent alarm just called 911, make your way to the residence and find out why it went off.

Installation
Drag the "lspdfr" and "plugins" folders into your main GTA V directory. Instructions are in the readme as well. Make sure to also take a peak at the INI file to see if there's any settings you wish to tweak 🙂

Duty Belt is a Basic Script at the moment that will Give you a Weapon Loadout when F7 is Pressed
 
I made this as it took to long to get my weapons and armor Though a trainer so this is a lot quicker or when you get to a shotout and you then realise you dont have a weapon you can just get a full loud out quicker then you would thought a Trainer

Disarm 1.1 is a plugin which adds a small but very nice detail into the game. From now on, pedestrians will drop their equipped weapon when shot in the arm holding it.

A Megaphone UI to use in your police car or on foot

Features:
- Change the voice of your character
- Play the in-game available megaphone audios inside your vehicle or on foot
- Pullover audio is automatically played when you perform a traffic stop
- If you use any of the "Clear Area" audio, the nearby peds & cars will scream and run away (aside from persistent peds to not mess up with callouts)
- Force pursuit suspects to stop (including inside a vehicle or on foot)
- Make nearby peds drop their guns on the floor
- Calmer version of Clear the area (makes peds walk instead of running), older version has been also tweaked, also helps clearing intersections
- Auto pullover sound has been changed for boats
- (experimental) Auto visual regained/lost sound
- Automatic temporary siren cutoff when speaking for Non-ELS vehicles

GoThere
GoThere is a plugin for Grand Theft Auto V that utilizes RagePluginHook as well as RageNativeUI to let players teleport to designated locations on the map easily. There are preset destinations built into the plugin, along with the option for users to create their own destinations from the in-game menu.
 

 
Usage
Simply press the menu key (default F4) to begin using GoThere in-game! Use arrow keys to navigate the menu, just as you would with any other menu. Custom locations can be added in game or manually by modifying the CustomLocations.xml file found in Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/GoThere. A sample location has been provided within the document that you may use as a template.

 
Options for GoThere can be found in Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/GoThere inside of the Options.xml file.
 
Add a custom location by navigating to the "Custom Locations" portion of the GoThere Menu, select "Save Current Location", and give it a catchy name. 
 
Delete a custom location by pressing the remove location key (default R) once to begin deletion, and pressing again to confirm you would like to delete the location.
 
GoThere also features preset police station destinations meant to be used in tandem with the LSPDFR modification. Navigate the "Stations" list with the left and right arrow keys and press enter to teleport to any desired police station around the map.
 
Console commands are also a feature of this plugin! The commands TeleportTo<Station Name> are included by default in this plugin to enable users to use the console to teleport to their desired police location -- already supported by the plugin! In addition to TeleportTo, there is also a command called GetLocation that is meant to be used for debugging purposes. This command will display the player's current X,Y, and Z coordinates as well as their heading -- this works perfectly for manually adding custom locations.

Installation
Once opening GoThere.zip, simply drag and drop the contents of the "Grand Theft Auto V" folder within the zip archive into your Grand Theft Auto V installation folder and start up the game!

INSTALLATION: 
After downloading and installing Rage Plugin Hook and RageNativeUI.dll into your GTA V folder, add EnhancedVehicleActions.dll and EnhancedVehicleActions.ini to your Plugins folder in your GTA V folder. Open up the game and either select Enhanced Vehicle Actions to be launched when game starts through Rage Plugin Hook's launch interface or press F4 and type "LoadPluginEnhancedVehicleActions.dll" and press enter.  For general game or plugin support visit the unofficial LSPDFR support server here: https://discord.gg/xsdAXJb

UNINSTALLATION: 
Remove EnhancedVehicleActions2.dll and EnhancedVehicleActions2.ini from your Plugins folder in main GTA V root folder. Then remove RageNativeUI.dll in main GTA V root folder.

NOTE : The readme says "BackToNormal.dll", but it is "NothingHappened.dll"! I renamed the plugin before publishing it but forgot to edit the readme.
 
1) How to install:
    a) Extract all the files within the .zip file to the plugins folder located inside your GTA 5 folder
    b) To change the key, edit the "NothingHappened.ini" file, default is RMenu (Right Alt)
2) How to run the mod:

I was watching LivePD for like 6 hours yesterday and decided to make lore friendly location and incident overlays for my YouTube videos for shits and giggles. I included blank templates so you can edit them in your favorite program. I also put in the #LSPDFR logo like the overlay in the upper left of the TV show. They are all PNG's so the backgrounds are transparent. Examples are in the screen shots. Enjoy!

Hello all, this is my first LSPDFR related modification
 
WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
Ped Answers + aims to greatly improve the rather bland and common responses from peds in the vanilla stop the ped. Ped answers + adds many new possible answers from peds and improves already existing ones such as fixing incorrect grammar and spelling.
 
The mod will eventually develop to become an alternative to Stop The Ped Elite (Which I must say is a great mod and by no means am I trying to replace it) that can be used when STPE becomes too repetitive.
 
I hope that one day this mod will expand and contain more answers and possibly even search items, etc.

UltimateBackup .xml configuration files for use with EUP 8.0/8.1 and S&R 1.3
 
Just drop the included xml files into your "plugins/lspdfr/ultimatebackup" folder, overwriting the current ones.
I would reccomend getting the EUP backup configs for lspdfr too, as this allows for naturally spawning patrols and whatnot.
Vehicles in backup have not been changed because I don't want to add more requirements.
If you want to change the vehicles, do it yourself. It's really not hard, and should take minutes at most.
 
Obviously requires:
EUP L&O 8.0/8.1 & it's prerequisites
SUP S&R 1.3 & it's prerequisites.
LSPDFR 0.4.1 & it's prerequisites.
Ultimate Backup and it's prerequisites.

asi file that puts you directly into the loading screen of the game. no intro, no ads, no legal warnings etc.
since this is a simple asi script your main gta.exe will not be modified. also there's no need to change any .rpf file. which prevents crashes or online issues. BEWARE this script was made for singleplay story mode ONLY! yes, you can use it along with lspdfr to get on duty faster 🙂

since i got a lot of mails asking for the reworked asi already including the changed line i decided to upload this file now. so all you have to do is put it in your main gta5 directory and thats it. in case it doens't work i can't help. but there should be no reason for that.
