This is Realistic Traffic AI, my custom traffic overhaul plugin for LSPDFR designed to significantly improve civilian driving behavior and create a more immersive patrol experience.
As we all know, default GTA V traffic can feel robotic, unpredictable, and unrealistic — especially during intersections, pursuits, and freeway driving.
This plugin rebuilds civilian behavior logic to create:

Better freeway reactions

Drivers are assigned their behavior once per vehicle

Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.

Hi, this is just a simple reskin for the grammar police radio I did a while back, thought I should share. It's roughly based on the XTS 2500 as it says though to get it to work I had to make a screen for it and shorten the antenna.

This modification enhances keyboard and mouse driving in Grand Theft Auto V, by smoothing out throttle, brake and steering, providing a cruise control feature with auto-follow, and other miscellaneous improvements such as engine control, fuelling, etc. Aggressive driving is still possible, either by double tapping W/S, or enabling race mode (detailed user guide included in download).
 
Important
This mod is known to be incompatible with ikt's Manual Transmission, and Custom Gear Ratios. It may also be incompatible with other similar driving mods.

STOP THE PED: Realistic Conversations Update - A complete dialogue overhaul of the Stop the Ped mod by Bejoijo
 
Included are over 1,200 unique lines of dialogue, with thousands of unique responses. This provides full conversational dialogue for more than 100 legal violations, along with dialogue for every action your character can make while interacting with suspects using Stop The Ped. All dialogue is modeled closely on real-life conversations between police officers and civilians. It’s organized into 29 user-friendly sub-categories, with consistent formatting and virtually no grammar or spelling errors.
 
To make suspects feel lifelike, NPC responses are grouped by emotion within the code. Normal questions are more likely to get calm answers, while more stressful dialogue is more likely to make them worried or annoyed. This keeps their reactions believable in any situation and gives every character in Los Santos personality, making each interaction immersive, dynamic, and unique.

Installation instructions:
    1) After you have already installed Stop The Ped, open the Realistic Conversations Update V2.0 folder included in this mod.
    2) Next, drag the “Plugins” folder into your Grand Theft Auto V main directory.
    3) If you choose, make backups of the XML files you'll be prompted to overwrite, then overwrite them.
 
Then just go on patrol and use Stop the Ped as normal. After using the "Question the Ped" option you'll see all of your new dialogue. 📝Summary
EnhancedStops is a plugin for LSPDFR that (currently) adds three menus:
Stop & Frisk additions menu Traffic Stop additions menu Detaining additions menu  
All of these (by default) can be accessed via pressing the G key.
This plugin is not yet stable and is being very actively developed. The current state of this plugin may not reflect the final quality.
Remember that the plugin is initially tuned for personal usage, after (withheld)'s plugin simply no longer for me (specifically, the update system which disables plugins).

Installation:
Drag the 'Plugins' folder to your main GTA Directory.
 
Keybinds:
Default key to turn off the vehicle engine is C
By default there is no controller key set, it can be set in the ini file.
 
Known issue:
ELS Lights turn the vehicle on, and you cannot turn it off with the ELS lights on! This is just how ELS works, I can't fix it.

How to install:
Use the OpenIV package manager to install the OIV in your mods folder.
 
In order to work, you'll need to edit your LSPDFR Agency data and assign the badge to an Agency of your choice.

This callout-pack has now multiple detective callouts. Each callout has multiple variations, so you can play the callouts again and discover unseen content. Country Murders has a total of 11 major variations to explore and more than 100 small variations to offer! Make sure to first play the Sawmill callout in order to unlock the other callouts!
 
With a complex scenario and different background stories for each suspect, there will be a lot to remember. Checkout @DPZ Notepad for LSPDFR. You might want to take notes during your journey.  This mod allows you to hold your police radio on your shoulder by pressing a button(L).
        It also enabled a radio sound effect when the animation plays.<
 
Just drag and drop the "Police Radio On Command.dll" file into your scripts folder, if you dont have a scripts folder in your gtav directory,
you can create one by creating a new folder named "scripts"<

How do i change the button?> I'm currently working on a ".ini" file which allows you to change the button in, for now its just L.

2.0_After more than an year Traffic Plus+ is back stronger then ever! This is the biggest update ever full of news that will transform your gaming experience once again:

-TP+ has now a discord server where you can do so many other things like: ask for support service 24/7, follow the vehicle compatibility lists in real time, suggest me new vehicles to add, etc...
-All latest Lore vehicles are and will be compatible TP+;
-Compatible vehicles list is now entirely in the TP+ Discord server, not in the TP+ .rar archive anymore;

-We finally have 2 distinguished Versions: Traffic Plus+ Lore-Friendly (TP+ LF) & Traffic Plus+ Real (TP+ Real).
TP+ LF is now composed exclusively by the Lore-Friendly community vehicles (this allows you to customise your traffic too, once a new [Add-On] vehicle is installed, it will automatically spawn in traffic in the areas is supposed to).
TP+ Real it’s a very ambitious project that I’m working on, co-operating with IRL Vehicle developers, for now it’s an exclusive for the beta testers in my discord server, so, if you want to try out TP+ Real, join the TP+ Real Beta Program, via Discord.

-Introducing LF-Jurisdictions+ for Traffic Plus+:
For more than an year, TP+ Requested the Cops Back on the Beat popcycle.dat file to work properly (to able cops on patrol).
But now, LF-Jurisdictions+ it’s gonna do more than that;
All new departments in specific areas in all the San Andreas state. Here’s some examples on what you to expect by LF-Jurisdictions+:

FIXES:
-All the duplicates have been manually removed from the popgroups.ymt file, this will help the game stability, guaranteeing the same game performances that you know;
-Some GTA Online vehicles have been removed like the Rocket Bike which was too common and unrealistic;
-Now GTA Online vehicles are more common to see;
-Vehicles from the IVPack are a bit more common now, giving a bit more traffic variety if you have just that installed;
Some fixes were possible also thanks to LF-Jurisdictions+:
_We now have LSSD In Davis, Rancho and Vinewood Hills,
_The country side is now completely under the BCSO (Blaine County Sheriff Office) Jurisdiction.


2.0.1_ The Cayo Perico Heist DLC is now around the streets.

Welcome to the full release of LSPDFR Enhancer. I, BlockBa5her, have made this tool free for the community part because I like coding and part because I needed something like this in LSPDFR. It is a general trainer but has features that help you in day to day LSPDFR. Such as changing your character model to a Police officer on the spot. I have put many hours into development and I hope you enjoy this. If you have any suggestions to add to this, please feel free to put in the comments...
