Yeah, I having the same problem. I can't even get into story mode. When I open GTAV through the GTA launcher I select Story Mode when it gets to the Selection (Exit, Online, Settings, Story Mode) and after clicking that, about 10 seconds later it crashes back to Desktop. I think whatever is causing that I think is causing the infinite Rage Loading. Not sure what's up. Can you get into Story Mode through GTA Launcher? I have everything updated, even Packfile Limiter since I use that.

For all 3 to be updated in 1 day is almost unheard of. I've been on here for 4 years and especially ScripthookV to be updated so quickly is awesome. Typically a week or 2 for SHV. LSPDFR and RAGE would usually be updated at the same time since the staff manages both of them. LMS updates RAGE and either CYAN or SAM updates LSPDFR. Correct me if I'm wrong. It is awesome how this mod and all others who contribute to it keeps it going. Best police simulator I think.

This is the fastest I have seen ScripthookV get updated after a new title release. Also, a few others seemed to be updated quickly. Really Cool! Just thought I would say that.

The latest AdvancedHookV.dll is from 8/7/2016 and it still works, which is in the latest ELS version. So whatever problem you're having is not an Advanced Hook V problem. What problem are you having?

Exactly when or where does it crash? In your main game directory you have a mods folder. In the mods folder you copy/pasted those 2 update and x64 folders. I'm sure you did that, just need to be sure. It is probably something else making it crash. What error message do you get? Or if you can upload your RPH log (text document), in your main game folder then maybe we can help you.

People come and People go. There are still New Members joining everyday. The Community forums here have been quite. Me personality have been too busy with personal stuff but here I am now. I do have a bit too much on my plate so I haven't been on here or even played the game at all in about 2 months. When looking in the download section I see mods/plugins that are new or updated. New Vehicles, Callouts, Textures, etc are still being added regularly. Some sections of the forums seem to have really quieted down. Some long-timers on here are tired of seeing the same questions over and over so maybe they aren't on here as much. Taking a little break, maybe.

I see Explorers more than any other driving around. Second would be the Chargers. Sometimes I see the CV's but usually when there is a big something going on. Maybe the supervisors or higher ranks show up in CV's, but not sure exactly. This is how I have my setup and it includes the addon vehicles I have. I just noticed I should adjust the PAX for some of the vehicles. I don't know why this is showing up as a Spoiler. Copy/Paste and it automatically puts it as a Spoiler.

There was a plugin called AI Cops Better Combat Behavior but it doesn't seem to be on here anymore. That is where your backup will be more careful in a shootout and not charge the suspect. I did an internet search for it and can't find it anywhere. It seemed interesting but I never tried it. In your setting, you do have a Callouts.Multiplier and it says if you set it to 0 then it will disable the callouts. I assume if you set it to 0 then it will disable all the LSPDFR callouts? But that doesn't affect the other callouts from other authors, right?

If you use Stop the Ped, there is a feature that you can enable or disable in the ini file where is allows AI police to arrest the suspect and take them to that station/jail automatically. Might come in handy if you are dealing while another suspect and don't want to go to suspect to suspect in a multiple suspect crime. Or you can have AI police try to capture the suspect when you are approaching the suspect. In other words, if you have it set for AI to not take over arrests then when you are approaching the suspect/area then you will see AI about to take the suspect down but not arrest, they will wait for you to arrest. I don't think LSPDFR mod itself has that actual feature though. The last part of your suggestion, there is this mod that does that. Again, not part of LSPDFR mod itself.

Hi There, When it comes to video games I have only owned and played PC games. Never had an XBox or PS. I don't plan on getting one either. I spend enough time on my PC as it is and I don't need to spend more time on other consoles. Another thing is I'm so old school that all my games I have are retail version meaning, pop the disc in the CD-Rom to install and play. Haven't bought a new game since GTAV came out on PC. I miss those days going to Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City (though they were overpriced) and looking at the aisles and shelves of games. So many games they divided it up into categories (Simulation, Action, Strategy, ect). Looks like a lot of games now are bought online through a digital key or something like that. I remember for most games having to type in an activation code number/letters after installing the game. Not sure if that is still a thing. Anyway I was looking into getting Flight Simulator 2020. I've played MSFS 2002, 2004 and bought, still have, but never really played FSX which is the 10th installment in the series. Looking at reviews and YT vids it looks really good. It seems the only best way to get it is through Steam or XBox Wire. On the MSFS website they seem to push the XBox version which you can purchase for PC I guess. Not to clear on how that works. I see a lot of you play GTAV (lspdfr) through Steam. From what I can tell Stream is a site where you can buy games digitally and play but you have to play it through the Steam software? I'm just trying to figure what is the best way to buy, install , play FS 2020 and I'm not familiar with how Steam or Sites like it work. If you all could explain how it works, that would be great! Anyone play FS2020 on PC? How did you go about it.

Um, in your video I think I can see what the problem is but I don't have the solution. I have a PT van with a rotatory lights and it does the same as your NY car lights. I think it has something to do with needing to change carcols.ymt. But I'm not too familiar with it and it's a long file list. I think it might have the individual cars listed and you can change something to fix that but not certain.

Yeah, TP was just so outdated that it causes problems. You said you can choose where that Traffic Stop is, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by that. I'm guessing when you go to pull someone over, you can press shortcut keys to tell the vehicle to mimic you, follow you or create a marker to tell where the vehicle should pull over to? Is that what you are referring to? If so there is this person who created a plugin just for that. Click below. For me personally, I like that, since AI doesn't always pull over in a good spot so you need to tell them exactly where you want them. If that is not what you are referring to then please be a little more specific one what you mean. I used TP for a while until Albo stopped updated it because he's moved on to other things but Bejoijo make STP and UB that replaced a lot of Albo's mods but not every feature. Custom Pullover was one that didn't get replaced by STP. If this isn't it, chime back in and we'll try to figure it out for you.

Should get rid of Traffic Policer because it is very outdated and might be causing the problem somehow. BetterEMS requires RAGE NativeUI and the one included in BetterEMS is outdated so you might update that. As of now, it was updated 2 days ago. I remember getting that error before but it wasn't a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 service pack problem. I already had it installed. It came with the OS on my computer. It was something that was triggering that error. Had to do with RAGE I think. It was a few years ago and I can remember what I did or what the solution was. Sorry but I did have that problem briefly before. Might do a Google search for GTAV, LC/SPDFR, then that error and see if there is a solution on other sites. I've found solutions with this game on other sites by doing an internet search. Maybe it's a GTAV problem and not a LSPDFR/RAGE problem.

When I occasionally watch Jeff, Buggs, Dave, Ryan, ect who play FivePD, I see them use animations that are cool or funny. I think some of those animations you can get through simple trainer but it's not clear which are which. That seems like a simple thing to input in the game but I don't develop mods or plugins so what do i know 😀. Same thing with the parking tickets you mentioned. Computer+ has a tablet that you can bring up when on foot. Not sure if something like that could come up when writing a parking ticket. Another thing I miss with Albo's Traffic Policer is the court updates. After you arrest/ticket someone then you can check the court system to see what they were sentenced for or fined for. STP has that but only for their callouts. Something that would work for all callouts from any Author you install would be neat.

I like your Avatar of Ponch and Jon. I was a fan of that Series (CHiPs). Had an Uncle who was CHP around that time, passed away after retirement about 5 years ago sadly from a medical problem that came up unexpectedly. His son, my cousin is current CHP. Anyway, I can't remember every episode but I think I remember reading that in the series CHiPs, they never fired their guns. Might have drawn them but never fired. I do remember there was a lot of strong arm/wrestling the suspect to the ground. That's what I kinda liked from that series. Watched it as a kid so I always saw the "police" arresting the suspect instead of shooting/killing them, unlike what Hollywood does today. Big fan of the X-Files in the 90's where there was a lot of shooting/killing. CHiPs was just ones of those rare TV shows that dealt with suspects by bodily force, of course the suspects weren't too smart in my opinion 😄. Just brought that up because there are some callouts for LSPDFR that doesn't require you to shoot to kill. Sometimes you just have to show up to defuse the situation. I like that. Just depends on what callouts you install. I'm also not a fan of having to shoot people every callout. I actually would like to see more dead or vicious animal callouts. Where you have to call out Animal Control to deal with an animal. Even in the city it could be a vicious dog or dead cat in the street. For me, not every callout has to be shoot to kill.

I've always liked the mid 70's Dodge Monaco. Good looking car in my opinion. I think the only one I've ever seen is the one by Solo. Wish someone could make a new one.

Hi, I hope this is the right section. Anyway, when I am looking at Vehicles, some say that their Vehicle is mapped. I kinda think that it has something to do with adding additional liveries but not sure. I downloaded a file that says the vanilla Fire Truck and Ambulance is mapped to accept additional liveries or something like that and I do like the liveries that come with that download. It's an older download. The current vanilla version has 3 liveries (MRSA, LSFD, LS Medical Center). With this download it includes SAMR which I like and it has LScoFD and a BC county livery which I like. So when an Author of a Vehicle says that their vehicle is mapped, what does that mean?

Haha, I ERRR along with ya! I just remembered, a few years ago, I read online somewhere that "maybe" GTAV will just keep updating by adding to the map, making it bigger instead of new game versions (GTA6) with new missions. I think that was just a random person thinking out loud at the time, but interesting outlook. I was thinking single player but seems like they do that with GTAO, at least adding "missions" title updates. Like Benzo said the single-player suffers. I think a lot of people are done with the game once they beat it. I can play a game over and over. Do something different here and there. Maybe I'm easily entertained.

I feel bad for Alex Blade for ScripthookV needing to update again. From the last update, it looks like he lives in Ukraine so there could be delays because of you know what going on over there and internet outages. I need scripthookv for ELS. Stinkin' R* and their updates. GTAV should have a change log on their site, right? I never looked. Be interesting to see why the another update so soon.
