Little funny, I sometimes get UnknownBastion mixed up with Charlie686 who does have a callout pack. Their both helpful and active on here currently. I don't know why I get them mixed up sometimes. 🤨

Yeah, some of us forget to mention that you do need to pass the first couple or few missions of GTA Story Mode before LSPDFR will work. Just a little tip, when you first start in the missions, your character will be Franklin, at that point Trevor or Micheal are not open yet. If you play in story mode long enough to open Trevor and you save the game with your last character saved being Trevor, that is what LSPDFR is going to see you as...kind of. Trevor has a problem with the Lost MC's. Whenever you drive by the Lost Garage in Mirror Park or through Stab City the Lost will automatically open fire on Trevor. When you play LSPDFR it somehow needs to link your last saved character and if your last saved character is Trevor then when you are on duty and drive by the Lost Garage of Stab City the Lost will open fire on you as an LEO. If you want that to happen then leave it. If not then in the story mode switch to Franklin or Micheal. I find Micheal being the safest character. You might have some trouble in Ballas territory where sometimes they open fire on Franklin and they will do the same in LSPDFR if your saved character was Franklin. If you want gangs opening fire on you as an LEO in LSPDFR then choose Trevor or Franklin. If not then go with Micheal. That is what I noticed about 3-4 years ago. I doubt anything has changed so what I just explained might still be true.

No, you shouldn't have to. The Basic or Ultimate corrects this problem. Make sure you installed it correctly. Read the readme in the Basic or Ultimate, whichever you are installing.

Do you have any callout packs installed than LSPDFRs? If you do then it could be outdated callout packs you're using. What callout packs have you installed?

I don't know if it will help with your problem but after the update I had to copy the update>update2 file in the main folder and paste it in the mods>update folder. Even if you have an update2 already in your mods>update folder, still copy the one from the main and paste into the mods. I had a different problem with RPH after the update but you might try that and see if it works.

You can have whatever you put in police4 spawn as any agency if you added it to the right XML. I not sure how the police4 spawned when you called state backup. What agency where you playing as? Also, whichever backup you use be sure to add the police4 to your agency you're playing. Example, if you use Ultimate Backup you would have to add that police4 to whatever agency you are playing. You would add the police4 by going to main game folder>plugins folder>lspdfr folder>ultimate backup folder>open default regions. If you are using lspdfr as backup then you would add the police4 into the main game folder>lspdfr folder>data folder>open agency xml. I'm not sure how the uniforms would show. If your police4 SAHP car AI shows a LSPD uniform then I guess you would have to add the proper uniform in the same XML you added that police4. In that XML you could copy the SAHP uniforms and add it to the agency you're playing. That could be getting a bit confusing though. Try one thing at a time. First add the police4 car to whatever agency you're playing and whichever Backup method you're using (lspdfr or UB).

I don't know. That usually is the fix for the infinite loading screen. I'm not sure what else.

You need to copy the Update2.rpf into your mods>update folder. Replace it. I need to remember that also. I had to do that last time to solve the infinite loading screen.

Trying to get AI to do any type of reasonable driving is almost impossible. There is this plugin called https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/21596-ai-traffic-fluidity-discipline/ but I don't know if it helps right turn on red.

I had the same problem. Copy the update2.rph into your mod>update folder. Then it will load. Yeah, it's a pain. But the more you do that you'll get faster at updating. When i update LSPDFR and Rage, I only replace those 3 files (1 for Rage and 2 for LSPDFR). I don't replace the whole game files for lspdfr.

Copy the Update2.rpf into your mods>updatefolder. Replace the one in there. I had that same problem just know and that fixed it.

After install EUP Law & Order and if you want the EUP Serve and Rescue, most players have that clothing glitch. That glitch is corrected by one of the 2 file link above. Just install the Basic Configurations. Install it and go in game to make sure the uniforms look good. After that then you could install your custom clothes packs. I never installed a custom clothes pack so I don't know what happens. I just used whatever EUP has. If you wanted to make changes I think you can go to your main game folder, then lspdfr folder, then data folder and open the cop_preset_outfits. That is where the ai officers clothing would be. Once you install that Configurations files above, it puts files in the custom folder that is in that same folder you're in. In the custom folder, you find the agency you want to edit and open that file like. It can get confusing if you are not familiar with how the wording in the files are. Since you are using EUP you'll want to edit the custom folder. You can add/remove vest, earpieces like you mentioned but the trick is trying to find the number and the body area it would be. I would have to go in game and open EUP, customize the uniform and save it. Then I can go to the file where it is saved and copy it to the proper agency in the custom folder. Anyway that is a real detailed description of how to custom your EUP uniforms for yourself or for your backup officers for anyone who wants to. If you found a uniform you like that you downloaded then that would be easier but I've never done that.

Maybe the uniform packs you are installing were for the old version of EUP? So the clothing numbers are slightly different than current. Usually installing one of Alex Ashfold's EUP Configs would fix that but since you installed a uniform pack from someone else. I'm not sure.

I have SHVDN and I don't think I have any issues. Game loads just fine. I would think something in your main folder needs to be updated (i.e., RageNativeUI, SimpleTrainer if you use that).

Please upload your Rage Plugin Hook Log that is in you main game folder.

I have been getting into multiplayer for GTA and was wondering what type do you play. I have been on GTAO more often but since this security threat of your account being hacked I think I'll have to stay away until it's fixed since I play it on PC. I know there's FiveM. I haven't tried it yet but looking into it. Where do you play?

I'm in California so i base a lot of mine from that State. For LAPD, roughly where I am, it is Division Number + Unit Type + Mater Beat or Special Unit Number. In LSPDFR the popular 1L18 means area Division (1) + Unit Type is a Lincoln ( 1 man patrol) + Beat Number (not sure where the beat number comes from). Watch Commanders for LAPD always ends in 10 for their Beat Number but not sure what the Letter would be. Watch Commanders are kinda called out for serious issues. So, the Sign might be for example, 1-L-10, 2-L-10, 3-L-10 ect. LAPD Supervisors Beat Numbers end in 20-70 from what I understand. I think they are Lincoln units. So, 1-L 20 or 2-L 30 or 6-L-50 ect. Not sure why it is only up to 70. Looks like 80 is Community Relations and 90 is Station Desk. That's what I see online. I have an Excel sheet that I copied this stuff from online that I'm referring to right now. California Highway Patrol seems to have 3 digits on their vehicles. Not sure what their numbers mean. In the video below at 1:04 you hear him calling in. He says Gabe which is his name from what I found in other videos and then he says 143 David. He says his Sign a couple other times in the video. Robinson said, it does vary from State to State, City to City within the U.S. There is a guy named Runt on here and has some youtube videos. He is an ex LEO. In one of his videos he says he just says what the problem/crime is instead of giving the penal number because it is not universal through cities and states. One penal number means one thing and that same penal number means something else in another City or State. Well, that's about all I know. I might not be correct on this but I think I am. lol

Oh ok. Yesterday someone wasted me with some super fast futuristic car that had a missile/rocket launcher in front of it. A bit unfair to someone who isn't a modder. So I guess that person was using the Mod Menus. I'm not Online there too often but R* should have sessions where modders aren't allowed or a modders only sessions. I don't think there is such a thing. I want to play clean online. I've played along with other players who seem to play clean also. Still takes the fun out when you get zapped by some alien weapon in a milli-second. You can look at the players profiles and a lot of them say Clean Player or something like that. This player has been wasting everyone, far from a "Clean Player" from what I can see. Unless that means something else. Maybe severs like FiveM would be better. I'll look into that when I have time.

I don't play GTAV Online too often but once in a while I'll jump on for something different. This one player I was following, I guess had a custom/bought(?) vehicle and was able to repair it like you can in a trainer. Are trainers allowed in GTAV Online? I personally use Simple Trainer for LSPDFR, so not too familiar with other trainers. I only use a vanilla version, updated, when I play online. There are players on there that use aircraft that I find only in a trainer that I have no clue how they got a hold of. I know you're not allowed to use mods/plugins Online but it seems like some are acceptable. I was wondering with are OK to use.

That's unfortunate. I hope you have a vanilla version of the game for backup. I have a vanilla and modded version in my Rockstar folder. That will same you some time on a re-install. On a vanilla version you also should keep that game version up to date when there is a title update. That's how I manage mine.

I wish the birth year that is automatically selected for your character could be changed. I have 2 male characters, one older and the other younger and the birth year for the older looks more like it should be for the younger character and visa versa. Not a priority but would be nice to change. I think you said before that there is no way to do that as of now.
