I think you only need to replace enbbloom.fx and enbseries.ini bloom settings to remove lens flare.

I never bought a game on disc with box and manual so I don't know much about having a serial key in the manual but this looks like you want support for illegal copy of the game and G17 Media (LCPDFR) does not support the use of pirated games. Maybe i'm wrong?
