Last I checked, no. And before anyone asks, I can play when everything but the game itself is uninstalled, and YES, I have checked that all of my vehicles, mods, and etc, are installed correctly and are not corrupt/non-functional within themselves. That said, please don't ask me to delete everything and check it all one by one, I've practically done that. I'm now close to a month into trying to fix this.....

Hey there, I've put out a couple of these before looking for help with this issue, to no avail. I've tried reinstalling GTA V, RPH, LSPDFR, and OpenIV, as well as deleting and replacing the mods folder and it's contents (more than once). Here is an in-depth list of what I have installed in my mods folder and etc: -LSPDFR (Latest version) -RagePluginHook (Latest version) -ScripthookV (Latest version) -AdvancedHook -ELS V -EUP Menu and EUP Law & Order -PoliceSmartRadio -LSPDFR+ -Assorted Callouts -TrafficPolicer -ArrestManager -Computer+ and its' additional image assets -Spikestrips Backup -Spikestrips V -PoliceSearch -Radar Gun 2.0 and the script allowing its' use in vehicles -Simple Trainer -Updated Gameconfig -I have also replaced my police vehicles with a pack (that I know works) dowloaded from this site. -NaturalVisionRemastered and Brighter Emergency Lights -RadianceV -VisualV All of these mods, installations, and vehicles are up to date and ASI Loader is installed in my OpenIV. I have tried everything conceivable to fix this issue, and Rockstar Support was useless in the matter. EVERYTHING is up-to-date, my game cache is intact, and this all worked prior to the 1493 update, however I continue to get an "ERR-FIL-3" error message followed by a game and RPH crash with each launch attempt. Yes, that seems to be where it's crashing, with or without RPH.

I am having the same issue....any fixes yet????

So, I recently reinstalled my GTA V and everything that went with that, following a string of modding errors and issues, causing my game to crash, leading to re-installation being my only viable option, as was made clear here . Long story short, my game STILL won't run....it'll launch, but it always crashes before story mode opens, no matter how I launch it, be it by launching GTA V then RPH, launching via RPH, launching GTA V and choosing story mode then launching RPH, the same thing happens every time. If anyone has a fix, I'd appreciate knowing it, as my game worked up until the 1493 update, and it was all downhill from there. I am getting frustrated, as I am so close to fixing it, yet so so far. Oops. Too late now....going to have wait for GTA V to reinstall.

Is that the only possible fix? And would be forced to redownload all of my mods???

So this started off as my ELS being too dim and not casting light anywhere, so I re-added VisualV and RadianceV, which the latest GTA V update seemed to have removed, along Brighter ELS Lights (NVR Add-On). NVR wouldn't reinstall due to an apparent fatal error which occurred even after I ran the NVR uninstaller and tried installing from a fresh download. Now when I launch my game, the NVR logo still appears on the splash screen as if it is installed anyways, and when I run RPH and select story mode, I get a "Corrupt Game Data" error message, which, when I close it, crashes the game (which still continues loading in the background until the error dialogue box is closed). Any ideas???? (This is just the latest in a string of issues I've incurred as a result of the latest GTA V update, and reverting isn't an option, as the only revertable save I had was to a version 1365, which isn't supported by the newest RPH build, but has since been obliterated somehow).

Couldn't tell you. RPH still doesn't launch because it isn't compatible with my game version, and I can't seem figure out how to get an older version. If I update my game again so it'll be compatible I'll lose my 1365 revert, cause it's save was deleted. EDIT: I realized that I could back my game up again to save from losing 1365. I'll re-update and try launching with RPH again. EDIT 2: Everything works now, except replacement cars. I can't seem to figure out the issue there.

Yes, but that may be because I reverted to game version not supported by RPH, that being 1365, by accident. GTA V loads fine into Vanilla, just RPH is screwed now I think. Unfortunately I don't have any other reverts to go back to, since RPH apparently didn't save them. I only have the current version (which doesn't work because of mods not being up to date), and the unsupported 1365, which I backed up right before the update.

So, I downloaded the latest GTA V update, as seen in the alert boxes on this site, and have not been able to run GTA V and or LSPDFR/Mods cleanly since. My GTA V is version 1.01493.0, and I have the latest versions of RPH (0.63) and Scripthook V. I do have replacement cars installed via my mods folder, along with LSPDFR+, PoliceComputer+, TrafficPolicer, ArrestManager, EUP Menu, EUP Law and Order, the radar gun tool, and of course ELS. The problem lies in that my game will seldom launch, and never via RPH. When it does launch, it would seem that my mods are minimally functional, however I have only really tested EUP Menu, which oddly didn't work, as it claimed EUP Law and Order wasn't installed. I reinstalled it, however the game hasn't successfully launched since, so I haven't been able to complete any further testing. I can't revert to a previous version, as it appears that my only saved revert, taken immediately prior to the update isn't supported by RPH. Any solutions would be appreciated, as I am out of ideas. P.S. My apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I didn't know where else it would fit.

Great Mod, but I've run into a persistent issue with the create citation menu, that being that drop-down lists of offenses makes the dialogue box waaaay too long, and thus it hangs off the screen, making it impossible for me to see anything below the first two to four lines of the "Operations (Arrestable)" list. Idk if I need a bigger monitor than my laptop screen to fix this, or if it's a GTA V settings issue, but I haven't found a fix. If anyone has one, it'd be great to know..... Quote Edit

Hello, I installed ELS as per in the instructions in the video, however I wasn't able to locate the patchday file in which to place the vehicle models in vehicles.rpf. They are already in vehicles.rpf, in my mods folder, however. My problem is that although the ELS files are installed in pack_default, as well as vehciles.rpf, the lightbars refuse to activate in-game. The car models work perfectly, just only the non-ELS mirror lights activate, and only the default GTA V Sirens seem to work. If anyone has a possible solution, I'd appreciate reading it. Thanks! (P.S. I have been working with the owner of the car pack, however his knowledge on the subject, as well as his availability seem limited, which is why I'm asking for help here).

Okay, I need some help here, I downloaded an RCMP vehicle pack off the LSPDFR site, (Link Below), and I replaced all the vehicle models with the ones from the pack in OpenIV, in the vehicle.rpf, and changed out a few uniforms and ped props from another pack I downloaded in their respective rpfs as well. I finally switched out the vehicle meta with the one that came with the pack in it's e respective rpf, and when I launch the game now it crashes and gives the corrupt data error message. If anyone else has had this happen and knows how to fix it, please let me know. I don't really want to reinstall the game and/or mods unless absolutely necessary, as my PC is slow for downloading.
