Actually the original purpose of LCPDFR.com (then xgweb) was to distribute our Grand Theft Auto IV mod, Liberty City Police Department First Response. That was pretty much the entire and only intention of it. User contributed content came later as the community expanded, we expanded with it.
 
As time has went on, LCPDFR.com has grown and evolved, to the point that the website name doesn't make much sense unless you were there for those early days, and it's now actually a general purpose home to the general GTA modding community as a whole.
We have a large and growing FiveM portion of the community, it started small but is now significant. I like to think that a lot of them have found a home here, in the same way a lot of singleplayer creators have.

Pretty much all FiveM mods (big exemption on script mods) can be used on singleplayer, it's not as if the internal GTA V data formats and models differ between whether you're playing multiplayer or singleplayer.
 
I have definitely heard that singleplayer users want to see less FiveM content (and maybe vice-versa ?), so I will look into adding persistent filters into the next major website release.

You're using a map mod or another mod that changes GTA V's map nodes, this isn't something LSPDFR supports.

I figured this out this morning the hard way and only figured this out because I had been talking to the developer of the mod as I was doing it, so "credit" for this answer goes to him, I am just sharing it.
 
SimpleCTRL checks for your seatbelt to be enabled/disabled in the game, so when a mod like Faya's Seatbelt or Simple Trainer "enables" your seatbelt, it doesn't allow you to leave the vehicle (as intended), so please for the love of sanity, do not go to the mods download section and claim its a bug. 
 
Anyways, if you have a trainer, ensure your vehicle's god mode is disabled, and your seatbelt is disabled through the trainer and any mod. You may need to enable and disable the seatbelt option in your trainer.  

The choice to use any software here is yours and yours alone.
 
Generally, script and plugin modifications trigger false positives based on what they do (memory manipulation etc). Additionally, we do not use digital code signing certificates ( we do not pay for certification ) and certain scripts and plugins use obfuscation which further increase the false positive likelihood.

Installation problems?  Won't load?
If LSPDFR 0.4 isn't working for you, please try the following first before asking for help:
Install it on a legitimate and clean copy of the game (without other mods) Make sure that LSPDFR 0.3 is removed, as well as any other 0.3 plugins.  
Please do not ask for help installing LSPDFR if you have not done the above.

We do not remove files unless they break the rules.  Those files were removed by their authors, not by us.

Let's all take a deep breath and rest assured that we're still committed to releasing 0.4 this month.

It's not really an unofficial thing if we get involved with it though, is it?  On the topic itself, it's not like we have said no to having an official LSPDFR Discord Server.  The explanation given was simply us stating that the one that we do have currently isn't public.  That could change.

I think it's been mentioned but you need a legitimate copy of GTAV. The development team don't condone piracy. Buy the game, you'll find it worthwhile!

I agree on closing. When the mod releases, there will probably be a new comment section anyways so we can start fresh and talk more in-depth when we get our hands on the mod.

Calm yourself down. It is only Feb 19 and they are developing for free. Stop asking like it is their job to develop and "serve" it to you. Be grateful

I think you overestimate how much Rockstar cares about us. My guess is, they don't care at all. Update releases are purely coincidental that they break mods, that's not their prime goal for releasing updates - It is to generate revenue in GTA Online. Our Community is the largest GTA Modding community, but seen to the amount of players that play GTA V and Online, we're fairly small still.
