  3. If your log is throwing the same exception then, yes the naudio 2.3.0 dependency is the issue.
  4. gemini 3.1 isn't an issue. Your api key will work for either. 3.1 has better vocal features the only reason it's not being used in NPCI currently is that it has issues with audio cutting out while performing NPC actions so doublehook is waiting for the upcoming 3.1 flash live gemini update.
  5. Everyone's going to have the exact same issue I posted unless they have naudio.winmm 2.3.0 lol. The RealisticDispatcher DLL is asking for naudio.winmm version 2.3.0. Your download includes naudio.winmm 2.2.1.0. With that being said a huge part of the community uses NPCI which requires naudio.winmm version 2.2.1.0.

  7. What version of Naudio.winmm do YOU have in your GTA root folder?
  8. Just tried the realistcdispatcher2 and the DLL is still trying to look for version 2.3.0 of naudio man. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.266] LSPD First Response: Creating plugin: Realistic_Dispatcher.Main [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] LSPD First Response: Error while creating plugin: Realistic_Dispatcher.Main: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. at System.RuntimeTypeHandle.CreateInstance(RuntimeType type, Boolean publicOnly, Boolean noCheck, Boolean& canBeCached, RuntimeMethodHandleInternal& ctor, Boolean& bNeedSecurityCheck) [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] at System.RuntimeType.CreateInstanceSlow(Boolean publicOnly, Boolean skipCheckThis, Boolean fillCache, StackCrawlMark& stackMark) [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] at System.Activator.CreateInstance(Type type, Boolean nonPublic) [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] at System.Activator.CreateInstance(Type type) [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] at GGGgmqSptMDCWgeGXIYyYZkejcajA.yyAmRbIQDuPUMRnzgYvyxyhKLIzI() in D:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\Callouts\CalloutManager.cs:line 775 [5/17/2026 1:25:08 PM.276] LSPD First Response: Error while creating plugin: Realistic_Dispatcher.Main: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Realistic_Dispatcher.Main' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'NAudio.WinMM, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e279aa5131008a41' or one of its dependencies. 11. Just wait until the system is done with the security check on the new files.
  12. You're getting the same error. You need to wait until the new version gets approved for release. The dll is still looking for naudio.winmm version 2.3.0.0
  13. The Naudio.WinMM included in the download is still 2.2.1.0 Your dll is still looking for 2.3.0.0 [5/17/2026 12:21:13 PM.730] LSPD First Response: Error while creating plugin: Realistic_Dispatcher.Main: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Realistic_Dispatcher.Main' threw an exception. ---> System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'NAudio.WinMM, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e279aa5131008a41' or one of its dependencies. 15. Unfortunately if the K9 does things without using a keybind then any time you talk to dispatch or an NPC (if using NPCI) then the K9 plugin will be listening and attempt to figure out what you said resulting in constant erroneous commands. ..like what's happening now. The ptt key is a must have or it's going to always run in the background and conflict whenever you're talking.

  19. Are you sure it's not loading? Mine's loading it shows in the log it loads but then I have a dependency failure even though I put all of the dependencies included into the GTAV root folder.
  20. Oh yeah. Forgot about that part. I've had my audio muted for callouts for so long I forget lol

  22. Yeah, you wouldn't need Grammar police if you got this working and blueline's stuff just replaces audio files that grammar police utilizes.
  23. Wut. If you're talking about your rage log it's in your main folder.
