I decided to make this pack after taking a trip to Milwaukee and noticed that there are no skins made for this county so thought why not try it!

Sorry about the boring screenshots... There are just so many different cars and variations I gave up taking "cool" shots. There are a lot of variations that are not pictured such as DUI Enforcement, Traffic Unit, K-9 Unit, and Crime Scene Unit. All of the vehicles used are listed below as always. Well, I'm here with a second vehicle release. This time a whole three vehicles! (impressive right? /s) I've always liked the look of South Carolina State Transport Police and I thought they would make a great pack. I tried to make it as accurate as possible but there isn't a lot of information about their equipment and vehicles so I had to guess and make changes where I could. 
SCSTP's primary duty is commercial vehicle enforcement so the vehicles in the pack are set up for that to the best of my ability.
I hope you guys enjoy!

Hello everyone! I'm sure a lot of you know that earlier this month U had "quit" LSPDFR. I chose to leave the site due to the situations happening in the community at the time. The atmosphere of the community and the site was pretty bad and I just felt as if I needed to take a break. Another main reason I left was in support of some fellow developers. They had brought up some great points and I decided to tag along in their "protest" so to say. Recently, It seems to have cleared up and there is less drama and controversy in the community and I have decided to return. I do realize that my "I quit car" was very unprofessional and unnecessary and I apologize for that completely. Aside from all of that, I hope you enjoy this simple two car Paleto Bay Police pack. Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help 
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Hi I made this due to the fact GTA lacked chp buildings and stuff so here it is. I might make more substation and might make some new fire station around the map.
The reason the doors are not dynamic is because whenever I do it they fall through the ground.
 
In order for the version with cars to work, u must have this installed as an addon if not just install the other one.
