the work of your texture is very good, everything is placed correctly, legible not overloaded. however, none of your texture has number plates. the next point is that I do not understand your concept, a mixture of a PD in oregon with los angeles ?! LAPD is real, there's no room for anything else because it's not fictional. it would be better if you had selected "los santos pd" as the theme, los santos is full of fictional, where you can let vehicle textures look like you want. your headline is wrong because there are no LAPD textures and your textures are wrong because they are not central piont or LAPD. is my personal opinion2.5 out of 5 stars EDIT* The question was rhetorical, I realize that LS is based on LA!- 4 comments

naja, doof gesagt wenn alles richtig währe könntest du ja on duty gehen und die Konsole benutzen! auf YouTube gibt es viele gute Videos zu dem Thema wo du schritt für schritt sehen kannst was du machen musst bei der Installation! bei der Installation gibt es soviele Sachen zu beachten was man alles falsch machen kann oder vergisst irgendwo einzufügen, mit dem ergebniss das lspdfr nicht läuft! deswegen unmöglich zu sagen was bei dir nicht geht

It is your first job! for your first work it is quite good, it is your view of things and of course it is not a texture where the masses are tearing, but a beginning is set! technically, your texture is good, the lyrics are all well-positioned and well-readable and you have taken care of the peculiarities and shapes of the respective vehicles. keep going, then sometime something really good comes out oh and paint.net is a really good program, check out a few videos on youtube, you'll be surprised what the program can do- 5 comments

You could do your job a little better by slanting the lettering on your doors and adjusting it to the lines of the vehicles.otherwise nice and clear design -
All vehicles you are looking for are in the download area, even without ELS. the majority of the community here is using ELS, so it will be very hard for you to find someone who will make you a whole fleet of cars in 1-2 weeks of work and just give them to you!

there are some, but only a few, the finisher police vehicles modder are more active on www.gta5mods.com, mostly in the form of textures for the well-known european models! just look for googel

this will be almost impossible, at the cvpi there are 3 or 4 template for the vehicles in general, and loose 10 different for the windows! most are not compatible with each other, you should look for a model that has a window template attached, otherwise it will be quite frustrating for you
