With this GMC you can have the spinboard, and the medical gear (Lifeguard box) with a surf board and some life buoy.
The skin of the GMC is mine, but feel free to make one better, just respect the credits :)
The original GMC is from hippypunk, converted from san andreas to gta v by him, and the original model by mad max.

This is the agent from the Florida Highway Patrol Tactical Response Team, the most hardcore division in the FHP. This agent is specially trained in crowd control, weapons, tactical maneuvers, building searches, service of arrest warrants, and other special techniques.

The PAPD pack includes multiple liveries for a 2011 CVPI, bearcat, explorer and caprice. All installation details and vehicle links are featured in the readme, forgive me it's awfully brief.
 
This if my first pack, or any attempt at textures at all. I understand it is nowhere near a work of art like many others on this site, so please do give me criticism. I will be updating this file for any bug fixes you happen to find, mistakes or just general f-ups. Thanks for installing it, and please do leave a review, whether it is one or five stars, it will really help me out.

Another COLP traffic car, this livery has 3 alternatives, mainly focusing on the markings on the bonnet. All use the estate version of the model linked above.

This is the Skoda Octavia VRS that was used by the MPS as an area car from 2012 to 2016 (some areas still have them but most were taken out of service in 2015.), This car was later replaced by the BMW 525D Area Car which mostly removed the black ANPR INTERCEPTOR bonnet but some places kept it like Kingston, This is an accurate depiction of the Skoda which includes most of the interior equipment that is in the real car.

The concept of a City of London police traffic car intrigued me, after a bit of searching the reality is they have a really nice looking set of vehicles!

Relatively new to the Leicestershire police force is the updated BMW X5. 

Part of the roads policing unit (RPU), it does not carry any markings on the roof, nor does it carry a force crest as the east midlands police forces all share the RPU between them. 

I do have plans to release an E70 version of this, of an older model with the force crest, livery and slightly altered markings, however this combined with new XC70's make a large part of the specialist ARV forces in the east midlands. 

Unfortunately, while the model is unlocked for multiple liveries, the window texture is not, the only differing marks on these models of ARV's is the windows which carry the designation and the * on them, due to game limitations this is not possible to switch between with this model.

This pack is based on the DRPS, and as with most of my other work is lore friendly. This was a pack originally for private use but I liked it enough to bring it all together and share with everyone. All my normal things that many of you have become accustom to, variety of unit numbers, etc.
 
This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section.

Just a simple texture for the SAHP. I was annoyed that they use just a white
unmarked car in vanilla LSPDFR, so this will give them an official unit
there are multiple liveries, one is unmarked but they all have the lightbar
 
This car will replace police4 located in x64e, backups provided in download
 
Installation:
Use OpenIV to navigate to GTA V/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Click "import" (green plus icon) and add all 4 SAHP files
Done
 
Uninstall:

Import all 4 police4 backup files provided

Hello!
This is simply a retexture of LtMattJeter's mapped stanier with a new SAHP texture that is high resolution and with a new vehicle side art that closely mimics the CHP. I have kept the "Safety& Respect" texture as it has become synonymous with my SAHP pack, and it is a fictionalized SAHP anyways. I have not yet integrated it with my SAHP Immersion Pack because there are some slight issues with the model (dirt texture error, no interior textures). When these issues are hashed out and I texture a new buffalo I will integrate it into my pack as an added car, with permission from LtMattJeter of course.
NOTE: There is a temporary fix available to the dirt texture problem by editing the vehicles.meta file and changing the "maxdirtlevel" variable from 0.3000 to 0.0000. I won't supply a file for this as people are installing this in all kinds of different directories, just thought I would point this fix out.
INSTALLATION:

FIRST, you must download LtMattJeter's templated stanier model, found here:

After you have installed this file, you may then replace the police.ytd file found in whichever directory you have chosen to install it in.

NOTE: If you would like to attempt to install it in my SAHP immersion pack, rename this file hwaycar2.ytd, as well as all files found in LtMattJeter's download and install them into this directory if you have already installed my SAHP Immersion pack:

Hello! This is a Blaine County pack I have been making the past few days. It works for any vehicle that uses these templates. Comments and Feedback encouraged!

This is a simple mod in which allows you to enhance your roleplay. Num1 is left signal, Num2 is hazard lights, and Num3 is right signal. Num5 shuts it off. Requires latest Rage Plugin Hook. Simply drop plugins folder into main GTA V folder, and load the plugin by typing "LoadPlugin VehicleSignal.dll" in the rage console.

For people who are still getting sick from being ran over by drivers freaking out because of gunshots, StopShittingbricks® might be the answer.
StopShittingBricks® stops peds in cars from, well, shitting bricks / freaking out and running you over.
StopShittingBricks® is not a plugin but a file modification, so performance drops are non-existent.
StopShittingBricks® will stop most peds in vehicles from freaking out when shots are fired, they will still react when being shot at.
Peds on foot are unchanged.
Please note that this is an alpha version, and it is not perfect yet, some cars might still freak out.
Place the included events.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data using OpenIV.
A backup file is also provided.

Today I'm releasing a new plugin/application. This is the San Andreas Record Data Access System - SARDAS for short. It's a Windows application you can run on a computer in real-life that will allow full access to ped/vehicle records, IN GAME!
 
This is a combination of a RagePluginHook/LSPDFR plugin, to access the ingame data, and a Windows application to run on any other computer that accesses the API provided by the plugin. You will be able to access any ped/vehicle records from any computer connected to the same network!
 
The SARDAS-unified zip contains the plugin, client app, and API documentation. There is also a seperate zip download for each individual part.
 
Please make sure to read the README - this plugin is somewhat more complicated than most, due to its nature (Networking is tough!). Please read the README!!!
