A mini-pack of vanilla vehicles decked out with a vanilla-ified Federal Signal Valor, made entirely out of default R* parts. Contains the Stanier, Interceptor, and Gresley; if there is a demand the pack can be expanded to include more. Includes red/blue and blue/blue lighting configurations.

It's not difficult to install something non- OIV. It's a simple drag-drop. OIV actually makes things annoying to install because it predetermines what slots and what folders it is installing to, which takes away a lot of the customizability.

    I do on every single car pack but it goes in game but then no luck on the light's not working right at all this is my luck

    ill help you literally step by step feel free to message me i know the pain man i sat in your boat forever till eventually i just figured it out now i can stop installing cars cause there is not one i cant install into my game ive installed dozens and change them all the time

    Yea this what i do not get where is the default gta thing are  VCF:Grand Theft Auto V>ELS>pack_default Drag and drop what does this mean?

    How do i get the light's to work on this awesome SUV '[ELS] 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility w/ HQ interior' I did the drag and drop thing like the instructions said and only the tail light's work back and forth

    and your wrong about the simple drag and drop crap because I do the same on every car or pack and it does go into the game but the dam light's don't work wth this sucks

    Do you even have ELS bro? You need scripthook V in order to get it working.

    I have all that but it still does not work and know not really for ELS but it still would be easier for Oiv but I know it limits you on customizing the cars or lights I guess
