VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
For the best experience with the model extra_10 and extra_8 CANNOT be on the vehicle at the same time. This is not done automatically, so will need to be changed using a trainer
This vehicle IS NOT in a finished state. there are many things with this model that I would like to change, but due to circumstances, cannot. These issues may be rectifed in later versions.
The problems in particular are:
Back door: While you can open the back door with a trainer, for some reason it will not open for AI when they get into the vehicle.
Arresting: If you have Arrest Manager, you cannot grab an arrested suspect and put them in the vehicle automatically. You must use the old fasioned method of getting in the vehicle yourself, and the prisoner will follow suit.
Collisions: The vehicle has very sensative door collisions. If you park too close to a kerb or other object, you will not be able to open the door, and will get in from the other side or automatically teleport

I bring you... Ohio License Plates! This replaces the primary license plate for Los Santos with Ohio plates. (As you know, Ohio's license plate site is OPlates, which is why I decided to call it this.) 
I made this myself. However, I did send a version to CaptinSugarFree for him to include in his next release of License Plate Variations, if he so chooses.
Install is easy!
Use OpenIV Package Installer. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

About time I uploaded this thing. As I started putting this together, I realised I had a lot more skins made than I originally thought. Turns out there are more than 31 vehicles included in this pack! Some, but not all, of the vehicles in this pack have multiple skins. I will try to put together a list of compatible vehicles for yall.
 
Anyway, this is a texture pack for the Los Santos Fire Department. Most skins use a similar design, except for the caprice, which uses a 'retro' skin. The SUV's may use a different design than the ambulances or heavy apparatus. There's more to come, so stay tuned!

Make sure to put FelonyStop.dll and FelonyStop.ini and FelonyStop.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings. 
Make sure to have the latest version of RageNativeUI installed.
 
Note: There may be some compatibility issues with Stop The Ped. When requesting a prisoner transport during the felony stop and having RecruitNearestCopForTransport=yes in STP's INI, it may cause a crash. This does not occur every time though.

About
This pack was designed to be used with RDE and LSPDFR. I personally use also EUP 7.4 also and have created an Inspector (Uniformed) skin for EUP (included). This pack has the annoying American style badges fully removed from both the male and female models. It is NOT just the badge repainted white.
Also, the side arm and holster are also removed from the model as the normal uniformed officer is not armed in the UK. This pack is not meant to be an accurate depiction, but adds a sort of UK Police feel to GTA V. There is a loadout file which removes the pistol from local police. Be warned though that you cannot use this file if you play online.   FEATURES Individual UK Police Uniforms for Cops, Sheriffs, Rangers, Noose, Paramedics. Rangers are now PCSOs - as they don't really do much in the game and are great when combined with Albo's Arrest Manager Mod. Edit the file and you can have the rangers (now PCSOs) come and collect all the peds you've nicked. No Badges on shirts No guns or holsters on duty belt Sheriffs have a county police Cap badge and Rank Slide to depict them as Country cops. Highway Patrol modeled. (Cannot put numbers on rank slide - just left plain black).

In this pack, you get 3x Met Police, 1x LFB and 1x LAS sirens. Five sirens in total!

The sirens in this pack are based on the most recent used by London's emergency services. Different vehicles have different sirens depending on how the game has set them up.

This was made for someone on here that works with Bowman PD in South Carolina and we worked together to make this 100 percent realistic all the way down to flash lighting! Bowman is a very small town of just over 1,000 people. So, it isn't going to have alot of fancy stuff on it. However...This Charger turned out absolutely perfect!! Comes with it's own ELS for both red and blue and all blue lighting! Working spotlights and take downs!Also,4 extra liveries incase you want it. Haha. Hope you guys enjoy it!

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the police.yft,police_hi.yft and police.ytd
4)Open the "Bowman Charger.rar" and navigate to extras/lighting options/Blue ELS and install the "POLICE.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!

Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to police.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

and bam!

This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

About This Pack:

Mohawk Ambulance Service serves the Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties in upstate New York. I basically reverted there design to this ambulance, because the agency primary uses Sprinter Vans, and Ford Van type ambulances.

This is an EMS-themed vehicle pack containing 7 default-type vehicles, remapped to accept custom decals and with some adjustments.
DESCRIPTION
− A vehicle pack featuring lore-friendly reworked default vehicles with an EMS theme.
− Currently features 7 vehicle models: Stanier, Fugitive, Granger, Rumpo, V450 Ambulance, Landstalker Ambulance, and Contender.
− Vehicles have matching lighting configurations and all have slicktop variations.
− A Granger variation includes lifeguard equipment and the Rumpo has some in-game vehicle "mods” available to it.
− Vehicles have multiple matching liveries.
NOTES
− If your game crashes on start up, you likely need to install a "gameconfig.xml" modification to increase the number of add-on vehicles your game can accept.
− Whenever modifying XML files, an appropriate text editor (such as Notepad++) is recommended.
− Since the vehicles included in this pack are add-ons, a trainer is required to spawn them using option to type-in the model name.
− Model names: AMBULANCE, AMBULANCE2, EMSCAR, LGUARD, EMSCAR2, EMSSUV, EMSVAN.
− Ambulance and Lifeguard models will replace default ones.
− Known issue: Odd glass collisions on Rumpo when window panels/covers are equipped.
− Known issue: Entry into the EMSVAN via the rear doors is glitched and more work is needed to resolve it.
INSTALLATION
− Always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files.
− To avoid the need to overwrite original game files, use the “mod” folder method provided by OpenIV.
− 1. Add the “lux_vpack_ems” folder (included in the download) to “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/” in your GTA V game directory.
− 2. Using OpenIV, extract the file “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml” to your desktop.
− 3. Open the file and add the following line at the end of it (just above </Paths>): <Item>dlcpacks:\lux_vpack_ems\</Item>
− 4. Save the file. This line will instruct to the game to load the vehicle pack along with all other game DLC.
− 5. Import the dlclist.xml file you just modified back into OpenIV, overwriting the original.
− 6. Close OpenIV.

San Andreas Highway Patrol liveries re-textured to appear more similar to their CHP counterparts.

Most of these textures are specifically for Hurk's 2016 CHP vehicle pack, but they will work for other models as well (eg. F5544's CVPIs etc). Just compare them before using:
