Yes, YouTube will probably work, but our Website and download servers are different. There is nothing we can do about it on our end, you will have to find a VPN or Proxy that works

Sounds like it's not running properly then. Ensure your anti-virus/Windows Defender has an exception for the GTA V folder (if it hasn't, it may have already deleted vital RPH files from your game). Also ensure you have full read/write permissions for the GTA folder. Also make sure Battleye is disabled! We might be able to narrow it down if you add -log to the commandline options in RPH so that it generates a Launcher Log

It may be that the VPN is blocked also, you might have to try a different VPN

Unfortunately the only way to download it from Russia at the moment is to get a VPN that will allow it. If you are having trouble installing the mod into your game however, you can create a support topic, just ensure to include your RagePluginHook.log from your game directory

I'm not sure what you are saying, is the issue with downloading the mod or installing it?

For your F4 issue, try the newest version of ScriptHookV.net available here: https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet-nightly/releases As for your wanted level, it may be caused by a soft crash, see if the ScriptHook update fixes that as well

Hello, Does your game load normally without RPH? and do you also have full folder access to the game's folder (in properties)?

So that tells us that one of the mods in the mods folder is causing the problem, possibly a model with misconfigured LODs or too high of a polygon count. You will have to narrow it down
