  1. I cannot recommend any VPN, that is up to you to choose. You can try a different region and it should work then
  2. You still have a modded vehicle causing the crashes. Rename your mods folder to _mods and confirm that it is the issue. If so, you will have to figure out with vehicle is causing it
  3. You haven't updated your RPH, you need to install the version included in the LSPDFR download
  4. All files contained wihin the download, yes. Although you can skip the 'licenses' folder
  5. You can just download the latest version and overwrite the files
  6. You will need to install the latest LSPDFR and RPH, and possibly have to update your plugins/mods, but I don't know how many you have so it really depends.
  7. I would suggest backing them up and using the default ones until your solve your game crashing, then worry about customising the officers
  8. Hello, You are on an older version of the game and RPH, we can only provide support to users on the latest version of the game. Thanks
  9. You have to install one at a time until it breaks and then you know which one is causing the problem. There are no logs for this That doesn't sound right. Have you modified the xmls in any way?
  10. No worries, glad to hear it's working again!
  11. Whatever vehicle you spawned/tried to spawn is causing it. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the crash still happens. If it does, upload the new log. If it doesn't, one of your vehicle mods is causing it
  12. It is likely one of the vehicles you have added. Did you ensure to install a packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, and an up-to-date gameconfig? Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and see if the crashing stops. Worst case scenario you will have to delete the mods folder and start from scratch, but your plugins and such will still be there
  13. That's fair. To be honest I haven't used EUP so I won't be much use to you in fixing that. I would suggest however if you can start with a fresh EUP folder, just to install one thing at a time. It's tedious but you end up avoiding headaches like this. Hopefully someone with more EUP knowledge can assist

  15. Hello, Your RagePluginHook and Game are out of date. We can only provide support for users on the latest version. Update both and try it then. Thanks
  16. Is that the latest log? As there is no report of either crash in there If you are trying to revert your files, you can delete the modded files you installed and it should be fine. However if you are unsure, you can delete a majority of the files in the game folder (not the .rpfs as they are large) and then verify the game files. Quick way to do it if you have not modified the original .rpfs

  18. Hello, Welcome to LCPDFR.com Can you upload your latest RagePluginHook.log from your main game folder?
  19. That is correct! But click on 'Usuarios' and make sure that group has the permissions as well!
  20. If it's working without NVE then it was likely the problem, or it could have been conflicting with another mod. There is no easy way to check that unfortunately, you would have to try it with one plugin/mod at a time until it breaks
  21. Something has to be up with your configuration as it works fine on W11. I suggest starting with a fresh install, I'm not sure what could be causing it
  22. Yeah that's exactly it! Apologies if that was vague. Okay, I see the game is on the OS drive, can you double check that your user has ful read/write permissions for the game folder? (folder properties > security tab)
  23. Strange, it should usually work at this point. Out of curiosity are you on Windows 11? Can you try running RPH as an admin? (preferably when you are loaded into singleplayer first)
