Okay, glad to hear we got that working at least. I'm still not sure why you are getting the wanted level. Do you have a trainer installed? Sometimes trainer NPC options can affect LSPDFR.

Okay so we have other plugins failing to load now, so it seems that the 'Microsoft.Extensions.FileSystemGlobbing.dll' that you deleted was possibly needed for these plugins. I have not encountered this before but it could be mods conflicting. I would suggest removing the above plugins and seeing if you still get a crash Also if you have a mods folder, trying renaming to something like _mods and see if the game still crashes.

You could try load into singleplayer normally and then start RPH and see if you get any further. I would also see if your antivirus/Windows Defender has deleted anything, you may need to add the game folder as an exception.

Does LSPDFR work without SHV? If so, SHV or whatever plugin you are trying to load with it will be the issue

I would suggest trying different directx versions, try running RPH as an admin, and ensure there is an exception for the game folder in your antivirus/Windows defender.

Make sure you also have the packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, and an up to date gameconfig, it may or may not help

We have no idea what the Russian Government does or doesn't block. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't. There's nothing we can do about it on our end unfortunately

Okay, in that case if you have any vehicle mods installed I would try rename your mods folder to _mods or something and see if it still crashes. If it does, then it is likely one of the other plugins

Yes, YouTube will probably work, but our Website and download servers are different. There is nothing we can do about it on our end, you will have to find a VPN or Proxy that works

Sounds like it's not running properly then. Ensure your anti-virus/Windows Defender has an exception for the GTA V folder (if it hasn't, it may have already deleted vital RPH files from your game). Also ensure you have full read/write permissions for the GTA folder. Also make sure Battleye is disabled! We might be able to narrow it down if you add -log to the commandline options in RPH so that it generates a Launcher Log

It may be that the VPN is blocked also, you might have to try a different VPN

Unfortunately the only way to download it from Russia at the moment is to get a VPN that will allow it. If you are having trouble installing the mod into your game however, you can create a support topic, just ensure to include your RagePluginHook.log from your game directory

I'm not sure what you are saying, is the issue with downloading the mod or installing it?
