Hes taking a break You may have it installed in the wrong spot Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ComputerPlus.dll (These are for GTAV Plugins) Put all in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\lspdfr/ (These are lspdfr Plugins) Did you change them in correlation with the vehicles in the .ini Maybe its this https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/23804-realistic-usable-charges-citations-for-computer/- 1,742 comments

Maybe try reinstalling the gameconfig? I know its in your mods folder but its worth a shot. Not much to go on with the crash log and RPH log

Either delete then reinstall PSR or upload your Configuration Buttons file for in and out of vehicle

Install through OpenIV in the location the Install file says. Go into Edit Mode Find (mp_m_freemode_01) in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup AND OPEN Open CHP folder you will find (mp_m_freemode_01) Drag all the contents from the CHP folder inside (mp_m_freemode_01) into OpenIV Location Open mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01 folder and do the same for all folders inside CHP PAY ATTENTION AND MAKE SURE YOUR NOT OPENING mp_f_freemode which is female UNLESS TOLD TO DO SO. go back to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup Then start the next folder inside the download which would be Hats Do the same for LAPD, LASD. Place your presetoutfits in Grand Theft Auto V > plugins >Eup Like the install says. No the Old EUP packs will not be correct when used with 8.1
