Well, if you want to 'make' them, I am pretty sure you need a special program like 3D Max, or similar 3D Modeling programs. If you would just like to texture them (Changes the Appearance), then you can use a program like Paint.NET. I am not entirely sure how to mix and match uniforms, so I will not elaborate.

I actually gained FPS after going on Clockwork. I don't know how that happened. Probably because it is away from the city, so it doesn't have to render all that.

Well, I used Nuosu SIL. It isn't exact, but pretty close. http://www.ffonts.net/Nuosu-SIL.font @Hith0 Not using that picture makes it more realistic in game. That and it just looks so cheap on a skin. lol

The unit number on the top will be covered by the lightbar. Maybe you should move it closer to the trunk. Also, the Sheriff font and the Cursive are off. Not all cursive are the same. Try Brush Script Std. Lastly, instead of manually painting the black onto the texture, try using the line tool to outline it, and fill it. Then after doing that, go over it with a paint brush to fix any problems.

Not everyone is an EVI or a KevinDV. You can't just assume it is easy to do. If you think it is, you should try yourself and see how 'easy' it is.

Try using the Pen tool for stroking. One for the Blue, and one for the yellow. Look at this video on using the Pen Tool.
