Go to GTA IV > common > data, and open handling.dat in Notepad or another text editor. Scroll down to the car slot you would like to change the handling of. Then, simply replace the handling line with the one in Readme document. You can just paste the new one over the old one. Moving to GTA IV Support Requests.
