Once we have donated, how do we gain access?

Unless you are one of the privileged few who were able to keep backups of both RPH and your GTA V versions, then you're going to be in the same boat as the rest of us. It would be possible to revert back to a lower version of the game (1103), those restores are easy to find and validate. The issue is finding a compatible RPH version. Currently, RPH no longer hosts downloads for previous versions, and the only way you are going to get your hands on an older version is if someone will share a copy of an older RPH with you directly. Things aren't looking good for us normies at the moment.

Hello, lets try this again. I recently overhauled my system, put in new SSD's, etc. While I was transferring all of my local files to a DFS server on my network, one of the drives actually failed, and because I had everything set up in RAID 0, I lost all non-mission critical data, including my gaming stuff. Now I am on a mission to get back into LSPDFR, but have hit a bit of a speedbump. Since GTA keeps updating, a new version of Script Hook is not yet available, and neither is an OLDER version of RPH to support and older version of GTA V (which I do have, V1103). It is likely going to be a while before script hook gets updated. I know Alex works hard, but at the rate R* keeps moving the goalpost, it may be a long while before we see everything working with 1180. In short, I was hoping that someone could PM me a link to an older version of RPH that supports 1103. Please do not upload RPH to this site, you may not upload ANY copyrighted content to any portion of LCPDFR. If you need a quick FTP server or something to transfer it to, I can hook you up. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I do apologize for my shortness in my previous post. Losing 8TB of data because I am too lazy to go the extra mile and do RAID 1 has been a stressful event, as I am now having put together years of files and work. I just want to play LSPDFR! The DMCA allows for the sharing of copyrighted materials in a private transaction so long as both parties have a reasonable belief of license. What is not allowed is an upload of RPH to a public place for anyone to download. There actually is no ToS for RPH, as RPH is not a service. The only thing that applies here is the DMCA and standard copyright laws, which clearly allow for non-public licensed sharing of software, especially public software. .........So could someone please DM me a copy of RPH that support 1103? It would be most appreciated.

Probably has backed up RPH, so decides to make a useless comment. Script Hook will probably never be updated again, which means unless you have backed up RPH, LSPDFR is done for you. Could someone pretty please PM me a 1103 compatible RPH?

Yeah, but ELS and trainers are must haves! I am simply astounded that RPH decided to stop hosting the files for their previous version. It kind of ridiculous! If someone could share their RPH with me that would me much appreciated.

Hello, Well since literally nothing (not even simple native trainer) works without Script Hook, and Script Hook doesn't work with the newest patch, I need to get everything reverted to a previous version of GTA V, in order to play. I managed to find the update.rpf and launcher files for 1103, I have scripthook installed, etc. Where on earth do I find the previous rage version that support this? I am beginning to think that only people who have properly played and backed up their GTA are able to use LSPDFR.

Have a Skin request, and some interesting information! Bixby is a small city just south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is one of the wealthiest cities in the state, and supplies surrounding states with sod (like the grass). However, Bixby isn't just a city in Oklahoma. Most notably it is the name of the a bridge in California, which GTA V copies! The Big Creek Bridge in GTA V is actually called the Bixby Canyon Bridge, and is located above the Bixby Creek in Big Sur, California. In fact the Bixby Canyon and Creek are also part of GTA V, and in my opinion are beautiful spots to hang out in the game. Seeing as how closely related the word Bixby is to GTA V and to Samsung lovers, I would love to see some Bixby Police Department skins! I have found plenty of resources and information, but I suck at creating textures. If anyone would like to create these skins, let me know! Bixby primarily uses 2015 slicktop doge chargers, but also uses 2011 CVPI and 2014 slicktop chargers. At some point they had a Black fully marked 2012 Tahoe, have not seen it in a while though.

There were hundreds of Emergency Vehicles at the scene, however the area surrounding the compound actually saw very few emergency vehicles enter it, save for the armored ones towards the end of the siege. Basically the area around the compound was garbage and civilian vehicles, which the ATF and local police used as cover. Because of how intense the shooting was, and how badly the police were getting shot at, it was too dangerous to bring unarmored cars within pistol range of the compound, as the instantly became targets for the suspects. This video gives a good idea of what things looked like directly around the compound. Viewer discretion is advised.

I use the 2011 CVPI and ELS. I assume you used OpenIV to install the car, but just to be sure, make sure you followed these steps: 1. Open OpenIV for GTA V 2. Navigate to GTA V > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday14ng > dlc.rpf 3. Click "Edit Mode" 4. Click "Add to Mods Folder" 5. Navigate to GTA V > mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday14ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehichles.rpf 6. Drop all of the .yft and .ytd files into that directory [Close OpenIV, no longer needed] 7. Copy the included "police.xml" file to GTA V > ELS > pack_default The steps above will create a folder for you to safely add vehicles without tampering with game files, and add the ELS config file for the 2011 CVPI to the ELS folder. For some computers with lower vRAM or RAM capacity, spawning these vehicles can be slow, and lead to texture loss. GTA V will try to avoid spawning these resource intensive cars naturally, based on your GTA V video settings, and GCARD capabilities. I highly recommend that you download Simple Native Trainer (requires ScriptHook) so you can manually spawn your cars, among other things. If you are having problems getting ELS to work, try the following: Update OpenIV, and install the latest .asi loaders [Its under Tools in OpenIV] Update Rage Plugin Hook to the latest version. Make sure you have the latest AdvancedHook [Included with your ELS Download] Note: By default press J to toggle the different light stages, G to toggle the siren, 1 through 6 to manually toggle sirens, and T and Y for horn/man ~Hope this Helps

I've had issues with the dispatch part not working. Under fresh GTA V install no police are dispatched when I commit crimes, and with LSPDFR no backup is sent when requested.

Oklahoma City and Oklahoma State has some pretty cool vehicles and I would love to see, and they honestly aren't that hard but I don't know how to skin properly. Right now we have a CVPI but the other cars quite frankly aren't very good and don't support ELS. I would love to see a good set of ELS cars, with Police1 being CVPI Police2 being the Interceptor and Police3 being interceptor Utility with K-9 Skin. OKC does not use chargers. Oklahoma Highway Patrol [OHP] has a cool charger that has already been made, but no ELS config. They also have a cool Tahoe for FBI2 OBN (Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics) acts as a sheriff/state agent around OKC to free up OHP units. They use a tahoe with lightbar, which could be used to replace Sheriff SUV EMSA (Emergency Medical Services Authority) services OKC and Tulsa and responds to calls all over the state out of these citys. They are unreliable and prone to crashing during their response, so all OKC Fire Engines travel with their own Paramedic so they can fill in for EMSA or go save EMSA when they crash, which is often. Oklahoma Country Sheriff rarely respond, but they drive cool chargers. This pack would be awesome and could pretty much complete Oklahoma. Here are some pictures:

Assorted Callouts does not work Oddly enough I booted up my game after adding some cars and Code 3 and police radio are somewhat working. ELS only works about once every 9 times I start the game.

I would very much like to know what is working, because I would like to play but right now all I get are two callouts XD

Yes I have the newest version of Scripthook and the newest version of LDPDFR and RPH, so I assume no one is in a hurry to update these mods :)

Hello, I decided to get back into LSPDFR again and started with a fresh install of GTA V. I installed LSPDFR then upgraded to the newest version of RPH to make it compatible with the newest patch, and LCPDFR worked fine (Although I only ever get the same two callouts) I have tried installing different plugins but nothing works. Simple native trainer, police radio, assorted callouts, code 3 callouts, none of it works. Here i have attached the RPH logs for my latest game session. I installed BXBUGGS charger and and some sound mods, and have run GTA V for a couple of hours without any problems, but with only two callouts LSPDFR is extremely boring on its own, and without a Trainer I cant really do anything. Please help.
