"Waco siege" style gallery scenario

Featured Replies

Hello guys! I'm thinking about to do a map with Map Editor inspired to the Waco siege event. I picked the O'Neil family ranch as location. I just want to know what agencies were on the scenes and more or less the number of agents/officers per agency, and also the number of vehicles per type and agency. If you can answer my question, you'll do me a favor. Thanks in advance!

@thegreathah I already saw the agencies from Wikipedia, but I would know at least the approximate number of agents and vehicles. Just post it here.

I really doubt anyone would know that number. Mostly because the situation was fairly fluid and there were likely hundreds perhaps thousands of emergency vehicles at the scene by the end. You could look at news coverage, but I'd say 20 vehicles would make for a fairly good recreation.

There were hundreds of Emergency Vehicles at the scene, however the area surrounding the compound actually saw very few emergency vehicles enter it, save for the armored ones towards the end of the siege. Basically the area around the compound was garbage and civilian vehicles, which the ATF and local police used as cover.

Because of how intense the shooting was, and how badly the police were getting shot at, it was too dangerous to bring unarmored cars within pistol range of the compound, as the instantly became targets for the suspects.

This video gives a good idea of what things looked like directly around the compound.

Viewer discretion is advised.

@Riverside Patrol I uploaded some pics of my scenario on the "Gallery" section circa a week ago. When you go there, just search and type "Waco siege" and you'll find all my stuff. Maybe later I'm gonna add up something more.
