  1. I planned to make it, but in form of a callout. But your idea is great. It will be extremely hard to make it like that, because of interiors and the huge amount of data needed for it, but I'll see what I can do. Don't expect it will be soon. First world events, then some callouts and then maybe this.

  4. @CRAWFORDx96 CriminalActs mostly adds random car thieves. Problem is they really like patrol cars and will try to steal your car very often. Did you try Braveheart's script? Also there will be new world events and callouts available in next versions of PoliceHelper mod.
  5. I didn't want to double Braveheart's breathalyser, so for now the answer is no. But if there will be strong demand for it I may script that. Larceny is cool. There are 2 events more already and I have plans for 3 more and extra 3 events that won't involve crimes.

  7. Ok I have to clarify few things. Because there is no API in LCPD:FR I can't force pursuit. LCPD:FR has no idea that my script is creating crime, and my script can't check things like if there is active pullover, invoke pursuit or tell cops that this guy is wanted etc. I've made many workaround so I am able to make some cool thing, but for example bank robbery is impossible. I mean it is possible but without all backup features from LCPD:FR so it's pointless. Car theft is planned. It will work like bait car, so instead of instant pursuit without backup features, LCPD:FR will decide if he will be running away or not. Also there will be call that will require to look around for stolen car (will be marked by blip only when near simulating that you read license plate). Guys scoping out cars for robberies - without ability to force LCPD:FR pursuit it's pointless Robbery in progress at gas stations without a car, possible Medics requesting PD on a medical call - possible, but can anyone provide some examples of such scenario? Street racing vehicles - may be hard, but I'll look at it for sure Verbal arguments - this one is cool, but for now I can't imagine how would it be supposed to work Actual shop lifting calls you can respond to - possible Hit and run car accidents - if made like that car theft call: possible There may be some situations when other cops will ignore suspects or will be too trigger happy, but I think it won't be a big issue. Also as you may know, the API for LCPD:FR is under development so some day every call will be possible :) I will post video preview of new features tonight with some short patrol and hopefully some world event will happen ;)
  8. Do you have that vdH_PoliceHelper directory in your main GTA directory or in scripts directory? (it should be in scripts)

  10. You have no idea how much I am excited working on this :) I have a lot of fork tomorrow, so I'm not sure if I will be able to make some teaser video of new things. Believe me, Liberty City is getting more dangerous city every day. Tonight I saw guy who run into Grotti dealership, broke into Turismo and run away through window :D And don't get me started on drunk drivers...

  13. Coroners should cleun up the whole scene no matter how many bodies are there. Some questions: 1 - did mod crashed? If yes, please find vdh_Errors.log in your main GTA directory and paste it here? 2 - did they froze completely? I mean did they react when you push them, or were they rock solid? 3 - did they disappeared when you got far enough form them? 4 - were they standing next to a body, or somewhere between bodies? I've tried yesterday to track the exact moment when they can stop like that, but without success :/
  14. You're not the only one with that problem. I have no idea what is wrong. I've downloaded it just a minute ago and it opened just fine with windows 7 default explorer. I will be uploading new version with small fix, maybe that one will work for you. One user said that "repairing zip" helped him, but I don't remember which zip program he was using.
  15. I'm sorry but I just have no idea. I heard that it works quite well online. You have to find out by yourself, because I'm not able to test my mods online.
  16. I guess what's wrong FiveO :) Speedo is in EFLC and my mods are for EFLC too. Pobably you get into Episode-specific vehicles.img. You should edit YorMainEFLCdirectory/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img, not YorMainEFLCdirectory/TBoGT/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img Eklab, I've just discovered that vehicle limit in not constant, so I will remove that check.
  17. Looks like memory issue.I guess you use some traffic spawner. They can load vehicles almost up to the game limit and I try to check if there are over 30 models and over 25 ped models loaded at the moment. But maybe I'm overprotective. For example I've made exactly the same thin with upcoming traffic event in PoliceHelper and with heavy traffic game always had over 35 vehicle models loaded :-/ I guess I should include that check only in safeMode maybe.
  18. How is that even possible. Speedo is GTA's original vehicle and has to be in your vehicles.img, otherwise your game would crash every time trying to spawn it in normal traffic.
  19. OK, so for everyone that missed gallery updates, here are some teaser shots of new features of PoliceHelper. In-game settings screen. Yup, every option will be set in game, except force resolution. PS: Settings screen has already more options than you see in this picture Lights altering road cones at night If you want you can install flares prepared by Sniper 296 and they will replace lights. And last but not least, new hep screen. There are some cool new things to spot on that screen but I won't reveal anything about callouts and events. I can only say that traffic events are almost finished and are pretty cool.
