  1. I've got the same issue on my car convert. Are you using manually created wheels or borrowing them from default IV Models?
  2. Sigh, I'll take this one fellas. You can't just "upload" a picture into IV and expect it to turn into a working car model. You need to either make the model yourself, find one for download or convert it from another game, and trust me, its not easy. As Kevin knows through my spamming of problems, modeling is not for those who lack patience. I've almost thrown my project out of the window many times these past few weeks as it can be plagued by numerous bugs and errors (such as RC20 and textures out of place). Not to be offensive, but judging by the way you've structured your sentences and asked how to install a .jpeg into a video game, I would give modeling a miss and just look for a pre-made one (if any)
  3. That wouldn't of worked. You need the official Xbox 360 controller for windows which is wired and has an install disc. The play and charge kit will just charge the controller.

Very nice. Is it from Driver: San Francisco by any chance?
  5. So you need some things for the Textdraw, Here's some examples of correct English sentences: Received. We're sending a truck to your location, It'll be with you shortly. *Laughing* Oh man, that is a complete shitheap you've got there, I'll take care of it. I wouldn't be able to give you every single street name in LC however. For car names, are you planning to say the manufactuer or just the model? I.E: Vapid Police Cruiser, Declasse Merit etc.
  6. Main post updated. As for my mercedes, its stressing me out too much to continue working on it at the moment. I've put it to one side while I focus purely on this as I've done the most work on it. The Rhino - Tons of problems with this one, but no RC20's like the mercedes kept giving me. I've managed to fix the issue of some of it morphing across the city skyline and I'm working on getting all the wheels to work. Yeah, I'll consider it, Shouldn't be too hard to accomplish

  8. Its obviously not fake if theres footage of him driving.. Looks like a modified timecycl mixed with EnB and custom textures
  9. Looks like the simpsons have invaded Liberty City. As for the police car, Looks like a Peugeot or Hyuandi
  10. Yeah, Now that I've had some time to learn Zmodeler and the IV Hirarchy I think I could fix it and get it working
  11. Thanks Kevin, I appreciate it As for the conversions, I've learned my lesson. I've spent a good month or two on the mercedes and its gone through numerous stages and errors, at one stage it worked (as in it had wheels) but it lacked a collision model so I could walk through it (yet the AI still avoided it). The stage its at now means it has a fully working collision and wheels (yet they still revert to the vapid cruiser wheels (no idea why). One thing I might have to do is reduce the polygon count. The front end is basically red, being that the model is from Forza 4, I'm not surprized. I also mapped the tail and headlights to "lights emissive" thinking it was the lights, turns out it wasn't and they light up permanently. I'm guessing it needs to be the material that has the lights (vehglass) in it?
  12. Agreed with Justin, I'm really liking that slicktop Vapid and the Vincent
  13. After a day of pulling my hair out and numerous errors such as RC20, I've finally gotten past the main parts of converting. Its almost done, but I proudly present my first ever conversion for IV: Name: (Forgotten the model number, someone know it? :D) Polygon Count: 83,491 (mostly because of the front) Originally from: GTA San Andreas Variants: German Police car, Turkish Taxi / Police, Civilian. ETA Release: This Weekend Undetermined Project Status: Abandoned until further notice Name: Need For Speed Most Wanted Police SUV Polygon Count: ??? Originally From: GTA San Andreas Variants: LCPD Police SUV, Original NFS Police ETA Release: Never Project Status: Abandoned Name: Need For Speed Most Wanted: Level One Heat Cruiser Polygon Count: Originally From: Need For Speed Most Wanted / GTA San Andreas Planned Variants: LCPD, NYPD, Seacrest County, Palmont PD, Unmarked, Civilian ETA Release: Never Project Status: Finished but remaining for private use I've being working hard on this one today, I've spent a total of two hours on it, that includes renaming the relevant parts to their IV part and creating COL files for each one (Thanks to KevinDV). I did this by simply borrowing most of them from the police patrol, I didn't even have to alter the maint body COL, they are basically identical in shape. Name: Custom Mapped Vapid Police Cruiser Polygon Count: Same as the original ETA Release: Next Week Project Status: 98% - Few bugs to fix with the template This will be updated periodically as I make progress. Feedback is appreciated.
  14. This would work perfectly with (I think its Kevins?) NYPD Towtruck. Hook the car up to the grapples on the back :D
  15. Unless we see what those two crosses are, we can't help you Could you please run the diagnostics tool and post the results here?
  16. Running the game as an administrator? Run the Diagnostics tool and post the report here.
  17. Uh.. What the hell is with the other pictures?
  18. Credits should be given in every download. Model included or not.
  19. Its impossible to get stuff like that working on MP. Due to the fact each ped that spawns is assigned an action that they must do. I.E: Walking a set path following invisible nodes. If one player has this mod installed and the others don't, the peds will bug out. This has happened and will continue to happen in LCPDFR when played online so I doubt any of these will work online.
  20. Yeah, mine does that. It has PMS. We'll try and get a game going sometime this evening
