How to Play Arma II with Anyone Who Wants to?
I seriously could not agree more with you sniper, It makes me sick that people have bought this once-great game for some stupid zombie mode which can be found in almost every fucking game. Bought ArmA II for DayZ? Don't talk to me. Played the vanilla game and decided to try DayZ? Fair Enough

Fort Carson Roleplay quiz problem
So instead of posting it on the official forums, you posted it on here?

new to lcpdfr
Who said that? Only Rockstar North know that. For all we know, they could include modding tools for the PC version, making our life's a thousand times easier. Hopefully they keep the .wft and .wtd format for the vehicles so that we can extract and modify them and vice versa. Of course, we could get Sam to sneak into their offices in Edinburgh, grab us an alpha copy? ;) As for LCPDFR on V, I think its something the guys would like to do, but it all depends on how the game is built.

The OLYMPICS is HERE !!!
I'm British and I find the olympics to be an expensive, over the top, pile of shit. Seriously, I really don't see the point in this much hype over some fucking metal badge.

I really hope this isn't a popularity stunt like the FDLC mod. This just sounds awesome.

Encounters with the Police
Up until last night, I hadn't encountered the police before. I'd been a good citizen and my local town was fairly quiet which meant the police were hardly called. Around 11:30pm last night, I, along with three other friends, was walking back along the seafront when we heard this huge ass noise, we looked around and saw this car approaching us from a distance. I thought it was a classic car judging by the sound it was making. As it approached us we noticed it was a brand new Vauxhall Astra, Its tire had been damaged. The tire flew off onto the pavement and the car kept going, sending sparks everywhere but eventually stopped. We asked the driver if he needed help or anything as he got out of the car but he didn't respond, as he walked around the car, it was obvious he was drunk. We had walked down the road since then and I decided to phone the police, after all, the guy kept trying to get the car started again and he was drunk, I don't think we need that on our roads. They said they'd see if anyone was in the area to respond so we waited down the road, the guy eventually stumbled down the road so we walked over to his car, this is what we saw: I realize the picture may be dark so I'll explain it The tire was completely gone. The front axle was bent beyond believe on this side and some of the rim was still attached, the suspension was wrecked. The police eventually pulled up and got our details while another car down the road picked up the driver. As we walked home, the police car caught up to us and said they'd need to "pop" round and take my statement, by this time it was around 1:00am and I was shattered. The driver was in handcuffs just on the opposite side of the road to us. The police never showed up, So I'm guessing they'll be round today. Oh and they were driving a sweet ass BMW while the one that got the driver was a Ford C-MAX Just thought I'd post this as this is the most exciting thing to probably happen to my town. Anyone else got any stories?

The title asked a question stating "Are you?" Which implies that both answers are welcomed. Otherwise it'd be: "If your a Brony, Post here." /thread.

High Quality Police Sim Game
Holy hell. Me and Nicolai had a huge discussion on this yesterday, we REALLY want something like this. Here's what we've come up with: I'll adapt the ideas based on your company. Firstly, the impossible ideas; Fully licensed vehicles, this includes, but is not limited to, the CVPI's, Chargers, SWAT vans etc. A huge open map Alright, here's the things we thought of; Ability to play the game online and offline, online being a co-op type thing for up to a large amount of players A huge city, be it a real one or a fictional one Dynamic Events. Things that happen randomly, this could range from some verbal abuse on the sidewalk to a mugging right infront of your cruiser Unscripted Callouts - Players will be faced with every possible callout a regular officer is faced with (depending on the role they select). These events are unscripted and allow the AI to change the scenario on the fly based on the players actions An academy type process before becoming a regular officer CO-OP lobbies are made up of ranks that are determined by the AI or other players. Players can apply to join certain sub-departments in the force, K-9, SRT etc and would get callouts relating to that department. AI would have to be extremely intelligent and unpredictable so that players could have intense yet realistic scenarios and pursuits I'll break down some of the good ideas; Traffic Stops When a player pulls over a vehicle, they can do any action an officer would do in real life, be it a felony stop or whatever. Once they have the drivers ID, they can return to their cruiser and access a database system similar to LCPDFR's. They can also request backup and what type of response (Code two, Code three etc.) They can also search the trunks of the vehicle in a system like L.A Noires and find narcotics and weapons Pursuits Ideally, the city would have to be quite large and include a highway of some sort, this would also mean a large ass number of smart AI would have to be present so that responding to calls and pursuits would have to be thought out. The damage model should be something that mimics real life (I've seen footage of software doing this, so it is possible). PIT's would temporarily stall the vehicle, Spikes could be deployable etc. I'll leave the rest to NB. If there was a police Sim like this, It'd be thing thing I'd play for hours and hours. That is of course until I become an actual officer

Multi License plates
Its very possible but requires every default vehicle to have its license plate re-mapped. This would take absolutely ages to do.

This car may well have been made before, but I've lost count at the amount of CVPI's and Chargers released for IV.
