I think I've sorted it out, I'll find out when I test it ingame eventually -
I haven't got around to adding them yet, First I've gotta add some lights to the wing mirrors and then I'll start adding the interior lights. If anyone's interested on how it'll look, have a look at this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw4eeBbLjSo&feature=related

The box caprice is on hold until I figure out how to fix the texture bugs. This however, should be out by the end of this week. I've just gotta finish mapping the ELS. Comes with a never-before seen rambar in the IV modding community. -
You need to import the car textures into zModeler before importing the car.

There's your problem. Out of video memory. Remove some cars and lower your graphic settings

Did you import the textures into zModeler BEFORE importing the car model?

If you want them for only the police cruisers, you'd have to manually apply the mapping to the police cars in zModeler

Access Denied = Run as administrator and check your GTA IV Folder isn't read only.

Simple. You support the developers and pick up a legal copy of the game. We don't provide support to cracked versions.

Click the little "+" on the error message. And the wheels are still wrong. You've not included the brackets and you've deleted the collision file for the wheel

As Tom said, modify your wheel_lf section so it looks like this + wheel_lf [wheelmesh_lf] [wheelmesh_lf_l1] wheel_lf [COL]
