The Christmas Present You Want Most (If you celebrate Christmas)
That MPG is awful. That thing would be simply too expensive to run on UK roads. Nice truck though

End of Watch
From the album: Patrol Diaries
Senior Officer Brian 'O Toole of the Liberty City Police Department was killed in the line of fire today after a routine traffic stop turned ugly. At 08:00pm GMT, Lt. 'O Toole attempted to take a left turn into the firefly projects as part of his routine patrol route, as he was doing so, a grey admiral ran the red light running parallel to his cruiser and clipped the headlight, prompting the officer to turn around and pull the vehicle over. The details of the driver came back with four counts of reckless driving and an expired license, not much else was known of the suspects background. At 08:15pm, Lt. 'O Toole approached the vehicle with caution and asked the driver to step out of the vehicle, as he did so, his passenger also exited and both occupants pulled semi-automatic weapons on the officer. He was hit twice in the leg as attempted to flee for cover, he managed to take down the driver but was sadly killed from a fatal headshot from the passenger. Local units were made aware of the situation via 'O Toole hitting his panic button as the gunfire ensured and thus raced to the scene. The remaining suspect was taken down and paramedics attempted to revive the fallen officer. At 08:30pm, he succumbed to his injuries. Speaking on behalf of the LCPD after this tragic event, Commissioner Francis McReary stated that "As we know, Hove Beach is every officers nightmare, it is filled with what we consider to be the scum of society. Drug dealers, Prostitutes and numerous crime syndicates, few officers dare to patrol in this area but the ones that do are seen as true heroes in my eyes". -

Need For Speed: Most Wanted Multiplayer
So I've had this game for a while and whilst I'm enjoying it thoroughly, I'm getting sick of the morons who do nothing but take people down when we're waiting for a challenger to start at the Meet Up point. Therefore, I'm reaching out to the community to get some games going. No matter your level, no matter if you have a microphone or not, just post your name here and feel free to add others! How TO have multiple copies of IV??
You could just make back-ups of the vehicles.img and store them in labeled files, that way it takes less space and its easier to launch with a certain car pack

There isn't a missing texture, its just a transparent livery. For instance, try using this texture instead of the one supplied with the car:

Am I Getting My Hopes Up?
Okay, I'm stepping in here. Right, Yes. Whilst the two people you mentioned seem to be able to make some incredible scripts in a short time span, this isn't the case for everyone. Sam and Jay are not robots, they have lives which is far more important that a video game modification Both go to university, both work on the official SA-MP server, both have social life's.. Next time, before you criticize Go away and start working a modification as huge as LCPDFR with a massive fan-base that demand updates and start moaning when there are none whilst at the same time attempting to keep a healthy balance with the real world. Its not possible.

Runnin Plates?
Sigh, I'm tired of explaining this. In order to have the full experience of running plates, you'd need to import EVERY model from IV into an editing program and re-map the license plate, you'd then need to texture each plate and then set up a system that has these plates in the database. Too much effort.
