  1. Seems to me like you're installing the SA version of CLEO into your IV folder.
  2. Your childhood was just ruined. After messing around with some ideas earlier today, I finally came up with something completely unique that I'm sure most of you will enjoy chuckling at. I present to you the first ever, Toy mod for Grand Theft Auto IV. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9WhTbawER4 So what is the sole aim of this project? The aim of this modification is to shrink most vehicles and some peds down to toy-like sizes in an effort to re-create a much more gory version of toy story. Yup, your childhood has been officially ruined. At the moment, its just me working on this but I would appreciate help from others when needed. For instance, it'd be a huge help if someone could shrink down the police officer models so that they'd fit inside the vehicles, but to do that I'll need to fix the bugs on the actual cars first. To do list: Shrink the Police Cruiser - Shrink the Police Patrol - Shrink the PolPatriot - Shrink the Bus (Why not, it'll be hilarious) - Shrink the NoOSE & Prison Enforcers - Shrink all Police Peds - Bug List Mainly as a resource for me to look at but can be viewed by others if they so wish; - Fix the wheel collisions on the Vapid Cruiser - Shrink the LOD models of the cruiser It's okay, you can let your inner child jump with joy as you cower in the corner and cry at the thought of this.
  3. Follow the guidelines in this thread: Then post an advertisement in that thread. Applications for your clan should be handled through PMs or a your own website. Nothing to see here! 4. Once again, there is a dedicated thread for clan advertisements.
  5. Lets keep the language down. Please. No, it can't. What cars spawn are dependent on ones that you have installed. LCPDFR simply gives you the ability to select a ped model and car model from the game's memory and spawn it. It then uses a script to spawn things such as suspects by spawning a pedestrian then assigning it to the enemy group so it attacks the player. Could you explain what you mean "If they don't want it reality based they can mod other shit" ?
  6. Impossible. Absolutely impossible. That would require remapping ALL the default vehicles so that they'd have different license plates, not to mention when someone has modified vehicles. You'd then have to add ALL of those plates to the code so that it could actually retrieve info.. I'm sorry, but it won't happen. Just use the system we have now, run the person's ID.
  7. Huge GTA fan, had all the GTA games (except the shitty stories). Already had IV on PS3 (when I had one), got it again on 360 when I got one and then The Complete Edition on PC. Then I found this mod a few months later.

  9. Stop being so damn negative. People do give away computers. Rarely is it a top of the range one, but its still a computer. Its called being a nice human being.
  10. You can't create your own collision files though can you? When I tried that months ago it just crashed my game. I usually borrow my [COL] files from the model I'm replacing
  11. Just wondering, how did you deal with those objects Tom? Did you name them as extras or just attach them to the chassis?
  12. Its possible, EVI did it on his very sexy FBI command center he's working on. I can see how I suppose, you just need to heavily modify the collision file so that the inside isn't affected by it, hence the player would be allowed to enter.
  13. Holy SHIT that is nice! I was considering doing something similar with the Biff.. Stretch it or something so more cars could be towed at once if the TowService script was modified. EDIT: Try and do what EVI has done with his mobile command center, modify the collision so you can walk inside.
  14. We'll be getting more information on GTA V in the December issue of Gameinformer.
  15. Please don't thread hijack. Use the search function in the future. Sounds like your GPU is too weak. Turn down some of the settings ingame. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  16. Alright, Report back when you've tried it.
  17. Have you got SparkIV open by any chance? Having the vehicles.img file open in SparkIV when loading the game will stop vehicles from spawning.

  21. Sigh. Until we actually get our hands on the game, its impossible to give a definite answer on this. If we're lucky, we can just port LCPDFR to GTA V. But I doubt that. If anything the code would need to be done from scratch.
  22. Well, I think the above comments have deemed the fate of this thread. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
