Whilst I don't agree with the actions of the officers for arresting the guy for simply filming a scene, they were right to fire on the dog. If you look closely, you can see the dog lunge towards the officer with the intent to attack him. This happens all the time and most departments (if not all) have a policy to only return aggression if their lives are in immediate danger, a dog that size could easily cause some serious damage to that cop. Although its still painful to see a poor animal suffer pain like it, it was justified in a certain aspect. Here's what happens when an officer doesn't defend against an attacking animal;

I honestly don't see why there is a major shitstorm that people are trying to cause because there currently is no information regarding a PC version. I've got a 360 and I plan to play V on it. Yeah, people may say "I don't have a console, only PC". That's your own decision, I really wanted to play Heavy Rain and The Last of Us but I didn't get a PS3 because of it, when and IF it comes out for PC, whats to stop Rockstar from making it difficult to modify game files like they attempted with IV? I'm not fussed about not having a PC version, sure, I'd like to use real world vehicles and eventually play as a cop but ONLY once I've run the game of all it has to offer which I expect will be a few months after its release.

A modification like that already exists in a way.. Its called Grand Theft Auto IV. If you purchase EFLC, The Ballad Of Gay Tony has drug dealing side missions, other than that, you can rob a store in IV and the police will chase you for it.

If you're having issues with ELS V7, I highly recommend rolling back to V6. I tried V7 the other day and I honestly didn't get along with it, its too complicated now although it is some of Lt.Caine's best work.

I assume you're talking about the recent Most Wanted? Yeah, not possible. There's only so much you could do when restricted to a car. And you can technically already be a cop in the game, there's a car changer that lets you drive any of the cop cars, thats about it though.

You won't, however if you have scripts intended for a certain version of the game, such as 1.0.4.0; they may break when you update to the latest patch
