CJ and any of the characters in III, VC or SA will not return due to it being in a different universe. The locations that permitted to Carl's story do not exist in this rendition and thus would make no sense having him. Although, it would be nice to see a small easter egg dedicated to him, hell, I even thought the same voice actor (Young Maylay) voiced Franklin in one of the first trailers If you skip to 0:53, you'll notice he sounds a hell of a lot like CJ. I personally prefer the disc version. Portable Quicker to install - You can't "instantly" download a backup on steam if you have a shitty internet connection Steam overlay still works if you add it to your steam library If you actually take care of your discs, it won't scratch. I've had my copy for years and there isn't a single scratch on it. Personal opinion though.

Information: Burnout Paradise is set in an open world environment. Very VERY promising. This is really starting to have some great potential to be the proper police simulator we've all wished of having for years. I'm aware its in alpha, but here's some things I've noted; Animations are obviously a key point to focus on Ambient lighting on the NPC vehicles (such as headlights) don't feel like lights Speech - I'm sure you are already planning on this but the officer you control needs more speech files Modding - You've said its difficult in unity and I respect that. If you do decide to incorporate modifications, I can see people (including myself) changing things such as the player model, the car and the siren to their own liking. That being said, awesome work so far dude. I'm really liking what I'm seeing
