In regard to the Caprice windows, I tried to give it a different material to make them more transparent, but it just darkened it, probably a Zmodeler issue. I could try to fix that once more. In regard to the lightbar, the Kentucky State Police uses blue glass on their lightbars. I did not tint them in any way. The material is set up in a way that would render the color of the glass moot. Also, it is a texture that was provided with the Whelen Justice lightbar. It has nothing to do with the color. It's the size of the mesh for each light module, which itself would result in dimmer lights than most are used to. I am pleased with the outcome, but if you're that opposed to the blue lightbar, download the Whelen Justice lightbar resource, and replace the blue texture with the clear texture.

FirstThirtyMinutes did a video where his handling was FUGITIVE. It is optimized for FBI. Nothing else

You MUST change the handling to FUGITIVE. Did you not read the description?

Are you using simple trainer? Turn the radio off in the audio settings in the pause menu
