so i download stop the ped first time and it not working ii have police smart radio that isnt working to and i think arrest manager

hello guys i got a big problem with stop the ped the thing is that i cant make it to work i follow alot of tutorials but nothing worked for me can anyone help please without that i cant call coroner tow trock another question who suggest me a police smart radio ? because the one that is out there they didnt updated anymore please help
