Wait what? You find original vehicles.meta in mods folder? The last thing - incorrect installation. That is happens when game can't find textures for the vehicle, make sure that textures file the same as in vehicles meta. And texture file installed correctrly.

Probably your sheriff2 vehicle has custom vehicles.meta, you need to replace it. Or use original one, if custom vehicle doesn't have that file.

LSPDFR doesn't have Auto installation. Only manual. Drag and drop files from archive to game directory for install.

In lspdfr.ini, set Main.PreloadAllModels = false. Vehicles and custom textures cause this problem, they size are large. If problem will still presist - resize vehicles textures. Everything from 4k to 2k. Your folder with exported textures should be less than 25 MB, for each car.

Run game without LSPDFR, and attach to game model - holster, using EUP menu. That plugin is not for LSPDFR, that plugin for RagePluginHook. UPD: By the way EUP menu too, so you just need launch your game using RPH, but without LSPDFR.

You can delete that, and restore files in Steam or whatever. Or you can find in original files (if you tryied to moded sound in mods folder).

Strange, seems like your game is loaded, yeah there are some errors, but your game already loaded with LSPDFR, and trying to read plugins. Maybe someone else can help you better.
