1. In OpenIV navigate to update/x64/dlcpacks/mp2023_02/dlc.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 There will be vehicles.meta with police5 and polgauntlent strings.
2. If you have Stop The Ped, in StopThePed.ini look for HandgunWeaponName= line If you don't, edit inventory.xml in lspdfr/data folder.
3. So with disabled mods folder your game works fine?
4. Make sure you have RageNativeUI installed and it's up to date.
5. mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Without gameconfig.xml addon car packs will crash, even if there is replace inside addon. If it will not help rename mods folder to _mods and try again.
6. Not sure it will help with STP, but I strongly suggest you to Remove: CodeRedCallouts, PeterUCallouts, PanicButton, PoliceSmartRadio And try to went on duty again.
7. You missing PyroCommon.dll, make sure it's inside GTAV main directory, if not reinstall SuperCallouts properly.
8. Make sure you have RageNativeUI installed and it's up to date.
9. You have addon mods? If so, make sure you have gameconfig, Packfile Limit Adjuster, Heap adjuster installed.
10. Is replace car in addon .rpf archive? If yes, make sure you have these installed. Gameconfig or Gameconfig (choose one) HeapAdjuster Packfile Limit Adjuster
11. Attach RagePluginHook.log, file in GTAV Main directory, not from the logs folder
12. send RagePluginHook.log, file located in GTAV Main folder, not from the logs folder.
13. So it solve your game crash? What about LSPSFR crash?
14. Ok so, firstly, you have problems with your mods folder. Rename it back and make sure you have these installed: Gameconfig or Gameconfig (choose one) HeapAdjuster Packfile Limit Adjuster Second, firstresponse.dll has crashed is another problem, let's keep it slow and stay with game crash for now.
15. Rename mods folder to _mods and try again.
16. You said. And according to the error you have "Insufficient Permissions", so I'm asking did you solve it? And yes, you do have antivirus on your laptop, it's called Windows Defender. So if you not solve it, add GTAV folder to Windows Defender exceptions and try again.
17. Let's keep it slowly, did you solve "Insufficient Permissions"?
18. You missing "/" character in the closed Pathes and SMandatoryPacksData tags so it's lead to syntax error and your whole dlclist.xml is messed. In XML you always have opened tag and closed tag ex.: <SMandatoryPacksData> <Pathes>
DLCPath

DLCPath

DLCPath
</Pathes> </SMandatoryPacksData>
19. Firstly you said you looking for freemode characters. The thing is "mp_m_freemode" and "mp_f_freemode" characters it's GTA Online characters, which use strongly EUP uniform, because EUP replacing some of the GTA Online clothes. Now you saying that you don't use GTA Online characters, and you need based GTAV cop models. I'm confused. Also I'm not sure you able to change belt for s_m_y_cop_01, s_f_y_cop_01, etc., without editing model itself.
20. Personally I using 686Callouts, DynamicCallouts, KucheraCallouts, SuperCallouts and JMCalloutsRemastered and I don't have a problems with it, but Bastion suggest not to use JMCalloutsRemastered, so it's mostly on your preferences. Only CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll should be in main directory, everything else, CalloutIntarface.dll, CalloutIntarface.ini etc., goes to Plugins/LSPDFR, pay attention to that.
21. Seems like CalloutInterface not even installed or started Look into Plugins/LSPDFR folder is CalloutIntarface.dll and CalloutIntarface.ini is even there.
