Flashlight Overhaul
My game started to crash on the loading screen after I tried to install this. I installed everything via the mods folder and followed your instructions perfectly in the readme. The only divergence was that I installed the torch texture in update/update.rpf/x64/textures/graphics.ytd but had not modified that before; however, it was already in my /mods/ folder. Any suggestions to get my game working again?

Cheers! Yes, the mod seems to load fine but the cars drive without any of the expected changes. Pressing the keybinding to activate/deactivate doesn't do anything either. Log file attached -- I've come to rely a lot on this mod and the game isn't playable without it now. RagePluginHook.log

It's great that you continue to iterate on this mod --- thank you! It seems like my vehicles are accelerating and driving too fast with the 2.0 mod. Is there a way to change that speed coming soon? Otherwise I will likely revert to the older version. Also, would be nice to have a tooltip (possibly a persistent one) to show when fast mode is enabled.

Great pack - thank you! One bug to report about the Illegally Parked Vehicle callout. I was recently dispatched to this and arrived to find a police vehicle was the illegally parked vehicle. The callout should prohibit emergency vehicles from spawning as the suspect vehicle. Also, it's unrealistic for a police officer to tow a vehicle on a private lot without first verifying with the owner of the property, then attempting to make contact with the vehicle's owner. Perhaps you could add these elements (verify vehicle is parked illegally with property owner first, then attempt to find the vehicle's owner...perhaps they're at a nearby store or park?) to make the callout more dynamic?

Arrested peds in the police2 (2016 FPIS) heads are clipping through the roof. Also, it'd be really great if the long antennas would actually whip around with movement and not stay static. Makes them seen completely unrealistic.

Would you consider a feature that activates brake lights when you use the handbrake (default space bar)? It's annoying that the handbrake doesn't natively trigger brakes lights.

Miscellaneous Callouts
The Gang shooting callout places gang peds all over the place. They are often in buildings, on top of roofs, etc. in places that are inaccessible to find them. This leaves red blips all over the area because you can't find the peds and don't know whether you've truly cleared the scene.
