I am looking for some good controller bindings to play LSPDFR.
Including Ultimate backup, Stoptheped, Compulite.
 
Can someone help me out with this? I have already been trying to find it on here, but maybe I am blind!

I don't think anyone does. Black Mesa (source has been removed from its title a long time ago) was developed with a proper dev-kit and with quite the larger team. LSPDFR is developed by mainly two people, in their own spare time. LSPDFR v.1 will come, when the developers feel that their mod is something worthy of calling "1". You're not a pretend beta tester, it just hasn't reached version 1. You're free to wait until v.1 releases if you don't want to play it 🙂
 
Anyway, we're getting off-track here. 0.4 so far looks amazing and it'll probably be amazing as well. Kudos to the team!

You love it and cannot wait for release, counting down the days on a calendar next to your computer. You wake up every day and check their forums looking for updates, and are saving up $750 to buy alpha pre access because you cant wait for the game enough and cannot respect its creators enough?

"Did not hear them" my ass.  This is another prime example of officers not having ANY training on how to deal with those of special needs.  It's also another example of how American law enforcement is trained to go lethal first and foremost.  If he had a gun, I'd understand it, but he had a metal pipe! Get your tazer out and incapacitate him.  I almost feel like American police officers are scared to even get hit, which is why they rarely go non-lethal first.  Again, this was a metal pipe.  The officer could've easily tackled him to the ground and dealt with it.  Police officers are not gun warriors who only have that one tool.  OC, baton, tazer, your own body.  You're a police officer, don't be a coward and hide away from someone with a pipe.  Do your job, be brave, and take care of the situation APPROPRIATELY.
 
To be entirely fair, not all departments actually have tazers, which is ridiculous!  How can you not have an important tool that helps defuse a hostile/dangerous situation?  Even without a tazer, body-tackling the guy was a non-lethal option.  Had he used a tazer or tackled the guy, had he LISTENED to everyone screaming at him that he was deaf and mute this could've been resolved in a better way.  Instead, a life is lost for no reason.
 
I also just want to point something out. Where are the protests?  Where's the outrage?  Where's the unrest? We all know why there won't be any protests, it's not a race shooting.  It's just some special needs guy, no big deal.

People are stupid as can be.  GPS is there to help give you directions, not take over navigation completely.  Common sense is still required, as technology is not yet at the stages of being perfect and flawless.  If you drive onto a streetcar/train trck and blame your GPS, you shouldn't be driving a motor vehicle.

As someone with eyes (hopefully), you should be able to see that the title of this forum includes "Gaming"!
 
On topic though, this is a nice find - it looks quite like the old SWAT games which I really enjoyed.  Could be great fun to play with others in co-op.

This is what I have so far but without seeing the back i cant guarantee to get it 100% accurate. I can improvise if you want?
