you know, like when the officers stand over a dead ped and looks around; make them do that! or make the script so that any officer outside of their vehicle (within a radius of the player) stands next to their vehicle and looks around (as if the vehicle was a dead ped)

is it possible to make the AI Police cars and Backups stay at the scene to secure the area or whatever ...at least for a while (2 mins or so...) , or as long as the player stays. I hate how they all crash into each other by leaving a crime scene.
