At 5.00pm today, after the accident at 4.45pm, Officer David was shocked to see a lady lying motionlessly on the road of the expressway. A Hit-and-Run accident occurred at 4.58pm when Officer David was at the previous accident scene. Upon arriving at the scene, a lady was seen lying face down on the road of the Broker-Dukes Expressway. The driver's side door to the lady's Toyota Prius was missing. The FDLC was also called to the scene. The lady was Pronounced dead. METT was later called in at 5.01pm. An investigation is under way to look for the suspect who caused the accident. Eye witnesses confirm that a yellow taxi was involved in the accident. The LCSHP has released the license plate of the vehicle. If anyone see a Taxi with the license plat of LCC4554, please contact the LCSHP at 1800-255-0000. -

When Officer David approached the person, he was unconscious and not breathing. The FDLC were also called in. However, Resuscitation efforts could not save the man. He was pronounced dead on scene. The driver of the moonbeam was subsequently arrested for drink-driving after Breathalyzer test proved that he was above to 0.08 limit. Eye Witnesses say that the driver ran a red light and knocked down the man when the man was crossing the road at the traffic light. The LCSHP has warned that in future, there would be checkpoint implemented around the State to curb drink driving. METT was called in at 4.58pm once the civilian was pronounced date. The accident is currently under investigation. No formal charge has been brought to the drink driving suspect yet. -

DeathDeciple did an LCPD version of the CVPI and Charger. The Charger is available here. The CVPI is no longer available. However, I have seen a thread on aznairsoftdude's website that he is working on both the CVPI and Charger. However, since January till now their is no news about it.

One way is to adjust your computer performance using the blue screen menu. Change it to high performance. That's what I did. Any ENB doesn't lag my game.

Since I can't edit my comment.... You know what? I think I'm gonna change every car to Alaska State Troopers now. and wait for this to be released. and yes I agree with c13 and Eagle on the old Livery. It was Badass.....
