Can anyone get the EM4 Manhattan Mod 2.0.3 to work properly?
The manhattan mod requires tons of memory to play. WORSE than IV. You would really need a very good GPU to play. If your game does load and that crashes to desktop, it means you GPU cannot take this mod at all due to high memory usage. Been There Done That.

Am I Getting My Hopes Up?
YOU WON'T NEED SLEEP WITH LCPDFR or any of the script mods..... I play IV every single day....... Damn can't live without it..... I was introduced to this by YouTube as well through NicolaiB..... ONE last script you need is the K9 script.... It's gonna make this game hell fun...... Trust me I'm a tester for the K9 script.

Liberty City State Most Wanted Niko Bellic Led the LCPD and LCSP on wild chase and leaves more than 100 officers Dead.
From the album: LCPDFR on Patrol
Today, the state's most wanted person, Niko Bellic, led the LCPD and LCSP on a wild goose chase. The chase lasted for 7 hours which led to the arrest of Niko and the death of at least 100 officers. Armed with M4s and Glock 20s the PD and SP chase Niko through Hove Beach, Alderney State and Middle park. Niko was well prepared for this after the crimes he committed for the last few years. He was armed with numerous RPGs, Grenades, M4s and Glock 20s. On Plumbers skyway, Niko took his first victim. Explosions was continuous. The LCPD commissioner said, "Niko took matters to his own hands. He led officers on a wild chase, killing them even. He used grenades on the officers cars. explosions occurred one after another. He used the RPGs to take town the helicopters. He is a heartless man." As of now, the LCPD has confirmed a death toll of 60 patrol officers, 13 Tactical Response Team Officers and 3 Detectives. The LCSP confirmed that the death toll on their side was 24 troopers. Niko Bellic has already been formally charged and will face the jury in a few weeks time. The LCDPS has responded to this incident by expressing their regret for not ensuring the safety of many of the officers. They also said that they did not handle the Niko Bellic case well and regret that the incident happened and that they were to be blamed for it's occurrence. More To Come. -

No problem. It's just not very nice to tell of or say anything bad to a modder. They are always releasing mods for free.

CVPI REQUEST !!!! SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE THIS
The simple reason he gives you all the links to all the unlock parts is because there are tutorials on this site for everyone to use. As you have seen many request topics for models to be made including mine has been ignored because of all the unlocked parts that are released. If you don't get what I'm saying, that's clearly your problem. It took me a while to learn all the things of zmodeler. It's thanks to all the tutorials on this site. And don't scold you fool. To have mods created already are good enough. Just freaking learn alright. P.s. I respect every single modder/modeler here for all the mods they do. Scolding a modder ain't gonna help. They are doing it for free.

LAPD, CHP Take Over Patrol Duties of Liberty City As The LCPD and LCSP Under Goes Re-training.
From the album: LCPDFR on Patrol
At 4.00am this morning, the whole of the LCPD fleet of officers reported to the LCPD academy for their re-training by the LAPD. With that, the new LCPD cruisers are all parked in the academy. With all of the LCPD officers unavailable for patrol, the LAPD, who are in charge of the re-training of the LCPD, took over the duties of the LCPD. Many citizens woke up to sirens blaring this morning as the LAPD took their first call in Liberty City. Many were surprised to see LAPD cruisers instead of LCPD ones. One citizen, who does not want to be named, said " I just got up to get to work this morning. And at about 7am, I heard sirens blaring down the road past my house. The sirens were different from that of what the LCPD use. Out of curiosity I peeked out my window and saw three LAPD cruisers drive past. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. But as I drove to work, I saw more LAPD cruisers. This really spooked me. I thought the LCPD were dissolved and that Liberty City State was now part of California." That was, however, wrong. At about 8am, the LCPD commissioner, David Patricks, along with the LCSP commissioner, Keigan Carroll, made an official announcement that was broadcast-ed throughout Liberty City that the LAPD and CHP would assume the duties of all LCPD and LCSP duties with immediate effect while both the LCPD and LCSP under go re-training. LAPD Liaison officer to the LCPD, Sgt. Scott, expressed that the LAPD are very willing to help the LCPD. As not only the LAPD are present, many were spooked to see CHP cruisers on Highways of Liberty City. More information was released on the re-training programs for the LCSP. The LCSP are not only being trained by the CHP. The Alaska State Troopers are also part of the re-training program for the LCSP. SO far, no AST Liaison officer has stepped up to speak of this issue. More to Come. -
