James, I just don't know what to say... If I were you I would shut that trap of yours and appreciate whatever the modders/ modelers provide. For Pete's sake stop arguing with the modders/modelers.... USE YOUR DAMN BRAIN!!!! If you continue such an attitude, non of the modders/modelers, including myself, will release any work of theirs to the community. If you have some brains that is.... I wouldn't even argue with these people..... You're hopeless..... damn..... You just pissed me off...... you have no damn respect for others... not even for yourself..... -

As most models are locked changing the lightbar for a CVPI is not gonna be easy. Zmodeler is needed to do this. It ain't easy to get the hang of Zmodeler. It took me at least 2 weeks to understand a shit about it. Another thing is you have gotta to remap ELS. If you want a Whelen Edge lightbar just use the Honolulu PD one. Edit the emerlights.png(this is to change the lightbar glass color) and the emerlights_emis.png(to edit the LED module of the lightbar) using photoshop or any other software that can be used to edit pictures. Don't use any windows/Microsoft programs like picture manager to edit. It's of no use.

ELS is how a LED light at like a code 3 rx2100 would flash. ELS-H is a halogen rotating light set up. And that is for light bars like the FS Vision halogen ones and the code 3 mx7000 like your LAPD 2003 CVPI, Kanyo.

Due to EVIs high poly models in the game, I do get texture loss sometimes. I am changing the models soon. This command line works fantastic. I will send you the command line later as I'm using my phone for now.
