I do not put K9 variant skins in these packs because I dont usually make K9 cars so it would be confusing, I am trying out a K9 car now but they are pretty tough to make. Thank you man. No idea how to fix that sorry ill try to figure it out tho. Can you post a screenshot please? I dont use RDE, but if you rename the models to the models you want to replace im sure it would work.

I agree with @TheForecaster nothing wrong with the livery itself especially since it's your first one, but it just seems very out of place especially with the SLR.

If you renamed the VCF file to the slot you moved it to it should be fine, try going to vehicle components and going to the last component and toggling it, may not be recognizing it as an ELS light. Thanks, and I didnt notice it tinting the F350 :/ you can change it in your trainer for now, or you can replace your DiffuseTint value in your vehicles.meta under pranger with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> I will try to add it in the update though.
