Disable Cops
As long as you don't call in backup and don't attend the suicidal or gang hideout calls, no AI cops should spawn in a multiplayer match with cops turned off.
-
Let's Play?
You know you're just posting complete spam. He doesn't want to watch videos right now. @McNamara- There's a thread for if you want to play right away in unorganized games. It is here: Also, if you enjoy playing realistically, you can join one of the number of role playing clans or multiplayer groups out there on LCPDFR, if that's your thing.
-
Can you stop AI police getting involved in your persuit?
I believe Harper's LCPDFR 0.95RC3 preview highlighted that there will now be a pursuit feature where AI police can be "passive" or "active", with the passive option meaning only cops you call as backup will join, and active being like RC2.

Would you say this pc works well for IV and other games?
The "red flag" for that system is the Radeon HD 7570. With that, I would think that you can run the game only on medium settings smoothly, and that goes for most PC-oriented games made in 2011 and 2012, also (Battlefield 3 or Max Payne 3, for example) . In my opinion, for gaming, the processor is kind of overkill, but you can't configure that, unfortunately.

Snow Mod Handling Question
Well, if any of you need the REAL download link, here it is: http://www.gtagarage...how.php?id=5740 Do they have AP courses in primary and middle school where you went? EDIT: Some good examples of 4WD cars include the ambulance, the cavalcade, and the patriot. There's a full list of vehicles and a bunch of specs for each car here: http://www.gta4.net/vehicles/

Snow Mod Handling Question
Well, you technically don't need the handling, but it does help in the immersion. The file in the mod labeled "materials" does most of the work in terms of car handling, although the handling.dat adds a bit more skidding, and I believe it helps differentiate 4WD SUVs with RWD sports cars in terms of skidding in the snow better. I've tested with and without, and the difference is minor.

EFLC
R Really? I didn't know that you took a performance hit on EFLC. I guess I am lucky, then, or maybe my GTA IV is not performing up to par!
-
GTA IV- LCPDFR
LCPDFR doesn't support cracked versions of the game. There are many brick and mortar retailers (Walmart, Gamestop, etc.) that sell GTA IV PC dirt cheap. If you want to buy the disc online, try Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Pc/dp/B001BNFQKO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1338142804&sr=8-1 If you want to buy and download the game, I'd suggest you buy it from Steam. If you want to download a pirated version of the game, you're on your own.

Supper's Videos *NEW* Latest Video- Helicopter Pursuit
Yet again, I've updated the first page with two new videos from the past few weeks. I hope you enjoy them, and remember to leave any feedback or suggestions! Despite that, I wish there was some sort of "video gallery" on this website so I wouldn't have to constantly multi post just to keep this thread updated.

EFLC
I get about the same FPS on IV and EFLC, and both seem to take mods with stability, although the game seems to load textures slower in EFLC rather than IV.

LCPDFR Spotlight NEOLUX'S ENB
I can kind of tell that you are using Neolux's N-RAGE ENB, but why does it ook so different from the videos in which he showcases it? Do you have your game on low settings?
-
Does anyone know what is this ENB
By chance, would that ENB happen to have d3d9.dll in it? (L3VO ENB) It seems that no ENB that contains any d3d9.dll in its contents seems to work for my computer. I've also been in a search for good ELS lights with an ENB without d3d9.dll.
