  1. I have attempted to contact both albo and the author about the need for update, but to no avail. At this point I think it's a dead mod. Sad, because I really liked it and many people spent a lot of time creating their own patrols.
This is a fantastic bike. I wish the template was able to have more variety with the skins, but there is a lot of issues where the colors bleed into each other. So, only simple skins with solid colors work. Nonetheless, the bike looks awesome and handles perfectly. Thanks!
  2. Please know that no matter what I do, this police bike simply will not work properly in the policeb slot. It works as an add on bike perfectly, but in the policeb slot, the lights do not work properly. This is a great bike, but the fact that it doesn't work is a real bummer. It would be awesome if you could look into this matter. I'm sorry. I normally don't post comments until I checked all my bases, and I thought I did, but I found that I put a duplicate policeb carvariations and so it was conflicting. I found it, switched the siren setting, and it works. It's an awesome bike. Thanks!

This is a collection of the three different bearcat skins that I made for myself and I thought I'd share them with you. They are for each department (LSSD,BCSO,LSPD). I included an extra skin for LSPD I made while playing around in photoshop. It's yours if you want it. These fit Cosmo's Lenco Bearcat. Each one fits the color scheme of three different skins by three different authors. I used some assets from getinmybelly0627, for which I got his permission. I got inspiration from UBGaming22's skin but I did not use any of his assets. Please do not upload anywhere else. The three skins they match are as follows: UBGaming22's Los Santos County Sheriff 4K My own BCSO 4K Pack Getinmybelly0627 LSPD Pack The color scheme you need to place in carvariation.meta for UBGaming22's skin (my skin is partially transparent) is as follows: 156 131 156 156

With the permission of the author, I give you a few more vehicles skinned out in getinmybelly0627's lspd skins. These were some of my favorite skins and so I made ones that his pack were missing. This pack includes the BMW1200, polmav, a unique Riot skin, the 2016 explorer skin, and several more skins for the CVPI and Impala (his pack only includes one of each. This is for those who want more variety with their car numbers). I hope you enjoy, and thanks again to @getinmybelly0627 for allowing me to upload. The vehicles these skins can be placed on are: BxBugs123 Impala Multiple 2011 CVPI's Polmav mapped by Yard1 2016 Explorer in TheHurk's CHP Megapack BMW1200 by Thehurk Lenco Bearcat by Cosmo *Prisoner Transport by GlitchGamer

I created this to be used with Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Plugin. This isn't anything too special, but I like it, and I figured I'd share it with all of you. I hope someone enjoys it. This is a standalone texture and I have no plans to do any other vehicles in this skin. The vehicle this skin belongs to is Bxbugs123 Dodge Charger Pursuit.

I present to you my first ever mod in the form of textures. Please be kind :). These textures are meant to be used with AlexVonShep's fantastic BCSO Addition Project. The cars that I chose to do these for are just the ones that I have in my bsheriff slots. They are not meant to be realistic to what a sheriff's office would have, they are just the cars that I enjoy the most. I am providing them simply because I thought someone could enjoy them as much as I do. Two vehicles are meant to be deputy vehicles, and two are meant to be sheriff vehicles. You are welcome to do anything you want with these textures. I simply ask that you do not upload them again somewhere else and claim them as your own. If I have missed crediting anyone, or you feel that I took something from your own work without crediting you, please let me know and I will do so. I did take the green color scheme from another user that I saw on here, but I spent all afternoon looking for it again and I can't find it. If I do, I will credit them for the color scheme. If there are any other vehicles you would like to see this skin in, please let me know and I'll see if I have the time. Here are the list of vehicles I used: 4K CVPI by POLICESCO (I included a modified Toughbook so that the LSPD is not on the back of the computer. Go into the ydr and replace it with mine.) http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9268-lspd-cvpi-4k/ 2012 FPI by F5544 http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9359-ford-police-interceptor-2012-model/ 2013 Tahoe by Captain14 (Comes with his Sheriff&FIB Replacement Pack) This comes with a window texture for the Sheriff text. *Added Charger Skin from this pack http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/12668-sheriff-fib-replacement-pack-els-style-lights-2013-tahoe-2013-charger-2011-cvpi/ F-150 Raptor by OfficerWalters http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/12659-marked-fs-valor-f-150-raptor/ Lenco Bearcat by Cosmo http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10301-lenco-variation/?&tab=reviews#review-36382 Police Maverick Mapped by Yard1 http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8545-police-maverick-mapped/?&tab=comments#comment-76852 And here is a link to BCSO Addition Project for those interested: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8585-bcso-addition-project/
  3. @getinmybelly0627 I had a question for you. I have made skins for the BMW1200 Police Bike, the Riot, and the PolMav all based off of your textures. I took some of the assets from the png file and made textures for these 3 vehicles. I was wondering if you would like them to post on your site or if you don't mind if I post them and give you the credit for the texture idea. It's up to you. Thanks!
  4. @Captain14 I'm glad I could help! I tried out this package and everything is sexy! I probably won't personally use it because the els is a little too fast for me. It kinda gives me a headache :). I know I could turn the bpm down but it probably won't look as good. With that said, your ELS is one of the best out there. The intensity and reflection seems perfect to me, and I was wondering if you had considered doing a carcols tweak to the default light settings? If not, I'll take a look at my current carcols and see where your numbers are different than mine and play around with it a bit. I'm just really impressed!
  5. Oh, that sucks! I know the feeling. I can't tell you how many times I've reinstalled this game while learning how to mod. I'm so glad for no data caps (atm). Glad you're back on your feet!
  6. @Mike P818 honestly, you're best bet is to take a look on youtube and find tutorials on how to add on vehicles. Telling you may be confusing, and seeing it being done might be easier for you. Most modders include both a vehicle meta and carvariations for the cars that they put on the site. What it usually takes is copying and pasting them to the vehicles.meta and carvariations in a dlc package that you've already installed (I would personally recommend bcso). The way I learned how to do it is by opening up the vehicles and carvariations metas and looking at what's already there. By doing that I understood how to add new data on to that. It's really hard to tell you how to do it. Seeing it for yourself or watching someone do it on YouTube is probably your best bet. Modding takes a bit of time to learn and understand. Prepackaged deals like this one cut that down to nothing by doing all the work for you. However, if your game crashes after adding them, thank as I've said to others, you probably need a new gameconfig file. @ShapStarr awesome! There's nothing worse than having your game crash on you after adding content you really want. It always makes me tense. I'm glad I could help.
  7. @ShapStarr ok, I will do my best. In update/update.rpf/common/data there is a file named gameconfig.xml. You will need to go to gta5mods dot com and type in gameconfig. There should be one for the latest rockstar patch. Download the file and drop it in the area I mentioned, replacing the old game config. It allows for more add-on cars and add on peds
  8. @thegreathah @ShapStarr Have either one of you downloaded a new gameconfig file? After this latest patch any added dlc will probably crash the game without getting a new gameconfig file. Just look on GTA 5 mods for one that is compatible with the new rockstar update.
  9. @Mike P818 there are a few different ways to add vehicles. If someone has a package installer then you go to openiv, go to tools, and install package and select the package. If you want to add a vehicle to someone else's dlc (like bcso), which is what I usually do, then you need to add the vehicle to your vehicle.metas file, and create a carvariations for it in the carvariations.meta file. Just name the car whatever name you want, make sure the handling ID matches with what the car is profiled for according to the modder, and your good to go. make sense? This particular package has its own carcols.ymt file so it's a little unique because the siren settings have been tweaked. So if you want to have the sirens work for these cars, its best to download and install the whole package using openiv. He includes a vehicles meta and carvariations for you. Also, the only way to see add on vehicles is to spawn them using a trainer. If you really know what you're doing you can go into popgrous file and get them to spawn in game, but you won't just magically see them in the game without a trainer or changing some files.
  10. I can't wait to check these out! Is there any chance of having a steelies version for the cvpi. It looks really out of place with all the other steelie vehicles, and I'd love to replace my whole lspd fleet with yours, which includes a cvpi.
  11. are you going to be adding the black vested peds? You've got the other two but not that one and it's my favorite of the three. Great peds though! I like them a lot.
  12. This mod use to work for me, but now the save location feature is popping up an unhandled exception error on RPH console. Could you please take a look at this and see what might be going on? The rest of the mod still appears to work, just the save feature seems broken.
  13. Is there any chance of getting US Plates like you did with the Ford Towtruck? It's a great truck! Nevermind. I see that the triple A skins have it in the package! Thanks so much!
  14. I don't get it. I understand it's a file modification and so it shouldn't result in hardly any performance drop, but with your events.meta installed, my fps was all over the place. A lot of stutters and lag whenever traffic would normally freak out. Something seems really off. I replaced it with the default meta and it was back to normal. What a bummer since I don't like Keep Calm for the exact same reason.
This truly is the best marked CVPI I have found. The windows break and it has caronas! YAY! The lighting setup is a lot like virzza's bcso cvpi, but everything is flawless with this one. The two back lights are tucked away better too.
Until this vehicle is fixed I would recommend people stay away from it. The lightbar is blacked out. The vehicles.meta file and carvariations file do nothing to fix it. Great vehicle besides that but unusable in its present state.
I'm not sure if you're serious about updating this vehicle to make it work well in the game, but just a couple things I noticed that would be awesome to have work. I really like the model, but these things hold it back imo. First, this model needs to come with a vehicles.meta file, or at least put in the readme that the handling needs to be changed. I'm guessing using gresley might work but I'll have to mess with it later. Second, the toolbox extends too far over the edge of the truck. It kind of looks silly. Lastly, it would be awesome if the lightbar was brighter. I'm using a enhanced lighting mod, but it's still quite a bit dimmer than most of the other lightbars I've seen. I don't really agree with the first reviewer about not using vanilla cars. I quite like the look of the vehicle. If these things were fixed it would definitely be worthy of five stars. Thanks for uploading!
I absolutely love this vehicle. I have no complaints or bugs to report. Glass breaks, lights work, looks sexy! Thanks!
  15. Fantastic car. My only complaint are the siderunners. It's not that I don't like them but they are only visible within about 50 feet of the vehicle. Outside of that they are invisible. This kills the realism as I use it in my single player dispatch.meta. If you could make it completely optional (no extra), that would be fantastic! A lightbar option would be neat, but unmarked, it's cool enough!
  16. I absolutely love this model, but the glass isn't breaking. Is this a known bug (I can't seem to find anyone else with the issue? I am very familiar with installing using open iv so I can't see how I did anything wrong. Thanks!
